The Fiducia Commerical Network is part of the Fiducia Group, a UK leading provider of financial services for more than 20-years. The Network is a commercial finance ‘Appointed Representative’ (AR) network which allows independent operators to provide commercial finance options to their existing client base.

It means there is no requirement to be individually authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority - because each member of the Network is able to operate under Fiducia’s FCA regulatory umbrella.

The Fiducia Commercial Network was created to enable SMEs to benefit from a holistic financial planning - across both personal and business needs.

There are an estimated 5.6 million SMEs in the UK, accounting for almost the entire business makeup (99.9%) and covering half of the UK economy’s total turnover.

In 2020 it was estimated they held £252 billion in cash balances whilst 75% carried debt of around £213 billion in the same year.

Can I Become An AR?

Any professional with a ‘lead source’ from an existing client bank or network is a perfect candidate to join the Fiducia Commercial Network.

Some may already be handling over commercial finance leads to a ‘third-party’ broker for a client that, as an AR, they could do manage themselves with the support of the Fiducia Commercial Network.

No formal exams or experience is required to become a Commerical AR - and membership to the Network allows them to organise their own commercial finance without employing advisors and maximise income opportunities with existing clients.
