MASTER OF INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS | on campus
Position yourself for an internationally oriented career utilizing the combined expertise from the O’Neill School and the Hamilton Lugar School of Global and International Studies. This joint program offers flexibility—graduate in as little as one year or stretch the program to include additional hands-on professional development including our Global Leadership Program abroad.
MASTER OF ARTS IN ARTS ADMINISTRATION | on campus
Connect audiences with the arts and prepare to lead cultural organizations with effective management, marketing, strategic planning, finance, and fundraising skills. This program incorporates robust experiential learning through an internship and three practicums supported by a network of partner organizations across the globe.
MASTER OF SCIENCE IN HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT in person | online
Gain a solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, strong leadership skills, and nine months of experience in a healthcare setting with this intensive one-year program. Plus, you have the option to earn 10+ nationally recognized certifications as part of your degree delivered in partnership with the Kelley School of Business. An extended two-year executive program is available for working professionals with prior experience.
DUAL DEGREES
Combine the M.S. in Environmental Science, Master of International Affairs, or M.A. in Arts Administration with the Master of Public Affairs to broaden your career possibilities and earn two degrees in less time. You'll have the opportunity to customize your coursework even further with electives available through both degrees.
CAMPUS-WIDE AND INTERNATIONAL DUAL DEGREES
Pair your O’Neill master’s program with a degree program from another department on the IU Bloomington campus or one of our international partner universities. Complementary degrees include everything from East Asian Studies to Cybersecurity Risk Management.
The O’Neill School partners with universities in South Korea, Australia, and Ireland, allowing students in the MPA and MAAA programs to gain an immersive learning experience abroad for one year in addition to their time in Bloomington.
