“If it wasn’t for Only7Seconds, I don’t know where I would be I might not be here today A mentor reached out to me when I was in a really dark place, because of Only7Seconds He heard Only7Seconds message and reached out He showed up He cared for me and spoke truth to me when I needed it most One small action, because of Only7Seconds, changed my life and probably saved it ”

“I was on Spotify looking through the podcasts and I found Only7Seconds I had been having a extremely difficult time, my friend group was going through a rough patch and everyone was mad I felt alone and I had been having some pretty hard thoughts and having bad ways to cope with the situation. I listened to a story podcast with Ethan Wall and it was encouraging to hear that episode and know I’m not the only one who went through a hard situation with friends in particular.”
ZOE, HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT
“Someone left this sticky note on my car after practice today It’s been a rough day so this note made me cry and reminded me I’m not alone thank you!”
