Steps to Return an Order If you are registered with PartsAvatar, follow the below given steps of return process: 1. Log into your account 2. Go to “My account” 3. Under the orders tab select and open the order you wish the return 4. Click on the drop down which shows “Take Actions” as default and select “Return Order” 5. A new page will open where you will have to select the item(s) you want to return, return quantity, reason for return and write your comments. After filling these Click “Continue”. 6. It will take you to a new page which will confirm that your return order request has been received by us. Click “Next” 7. Click “Print RMA receipt” to get the print of the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) receipt 8. Pack the part in the original manufacturer's box and then pack it in a shipping box 9. Make sure you remove the old labels from the box and attach the RMA receipt with it. (Please note that no refunds will be made without the RMA receipt) 10. Ship it to one of the following addresses through a local mailing store : PartsAvatar (Returns) 12743 80 Ave, Surrey, BC, V3W 3A6, Canada. PartsAvatar (Returns) Unit 22, 266 Rutherford Rd S, Brampton, ON, L6W 3X3, Canada. If you are not registered with PartsAvatar.ca and purchased the parts as a Guest, follow the below given steps of return process: 1. Scroll down to the footer of the home page and click on “Order Status” given under “Accounts & Orders” tab 2. A page will open which will demand your order number and email address. Once you fill these fields click “Check Order”
