Introduction
A One Person Company (OPC) is a business formed by a single person. A single individual could not register or incorporate a firm before the enactment of the Companies Act of 2013. If a person desired to start a business, he or she could only do it as a single proprietorship because a corporation required at least 2 directors & 2 members.
