The POSH Act, 2013 The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) is an act to prevent and prohibit sexual harassment of women and to provide a safer environment at the workplace. The POSH Act is not only for the women who are employees, If a customer/client who is sexually harassed at a workplace can also claim protection under the POSH Act.
