Guidelines for Everyone’s Safety & Enjoyment

Please carefully review the following guidelines with members of your party so that everyone has a safe and fun stay at our resort.

• Quiet Hours 10 pm to 7 am

• RV residents must sign in at the office. (Office hours are 9 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday). Host is available after hours.

• RV Sites must be kept clean and orderly at all times.

• Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by the resident at all times.

• Smoking – NO smoking on the amenities, courts, pool areas, buildings or miniature golf course. Cigarette butts are to be properly disposed of, not left on the ground.

• Trash is to be bagged and placed in Dumpsters only.

• Pets – must be on a leash. Please pick up after your pet. Bags are available at Dog receptacles located around the dog park. Pets are not to be left unattended outside your RV.

• Notify management if your RV will be unoccupied more than 24 hours.

• Sewer Connection must not leak.

• Illegal or nuisance activity will not be tolerated and may be cause for eviction. Check with resort personnel, or read the rules/ regulations to determine what these activities include.

• Vehicles are to observe the rules of the road and the park speed limit, no faster than 10 mph. This rule is for bicycles, golf carts, off road vehicles and road legal vehicles.

• Parking – Park only in your assigned site.

• Park employees are not allowed to work on Resident RVs or Park Models.

• Alcohol is to be consumed by adults of legal drinking age only. Happy hour gathering should last no later than 10 pm. Consume alcohol responsibly. ��

The following activities are NO NO’s in the park:

» Wood gathering, tree cutting or climbing

» Outside storage of trash, garbage cans, refrigerators, freezer or sheds

» Tarps or canopies over cars or RVs

» Stakes, posts or digging in the ground

» Skateboard riding

» Barbecues on tables

» Firearms, fireworks or slingshots in the park

» Oversized propane tanks

» Driving or walking through unoccupied sites

» Subletting or dual use

» Indoor furniture on decks or lots

» Soliciting

» Chemicals containing formaldehyde

» Loud music, noise or generators at any time

» No GoCarts, etc.

» Motorbike riding, except for entering or leaving the campground

POOL RULES

• Children under 14 must have adult supervision.

• Swimsuits are required; no street clothes.

• No diving, horseplay, pets, glass or alcohol are permitted.

• Must be at least 18 to be in spa.

• Swim diapers are required on all babies.

• Use the pool at your own risk. NO lifeguard is on duty.
