Check-in: 1:00 pm Checkout: 12:00 pm Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please be considerate. Campfires are permitted at the community fire pit only. Please keep it low and attended at all times. Pool rules: CO law requires that children under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult. All guests swim at their own risk. Please take your trash and recycling to the dumpsters located behind the office. Vehicles: Any vehicle that cannot fit at your site must be parked in overflow parking area. Do not park in “vacant” sites or on grass. Your pets are welcome on campsites as long as they are always on a leash, not left unattended, and kept quiet. Please clean up after your pet. Two off-leash dog runs are available in the park; bags are provided.
Please drive slowly and cautiously to protect pedestrians and children. Carpets are not allowed on the grass. Please do not hang clothing outside of the unit. Fireworks, guns, ATVs or motorbikes are not allowed in the park. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your arrival date or a charge for one nights stay will be made plus any booking fees. No refunds will be given for early departure. Possession and use of marijuana are prohibited on the private property. Please let us know of any conditions requiring our attention and what we can do to make your stay enjoyable.
