Property Rules

ANTENNAS: Limit - 5’ above RV.

BADGES: Residents and Guests MUST have their badges with them at all times while using club facilities or attending activities. Please let us know if you will be entertaining guests, and we will be sure to have guest badges available for their stay.

CAMPFIRES: No wood burning or charcoal fires; barbecue grills are okay.

CHECK-IN & OUT: In at 1 p.m., Check-Out

12 p.m.

CHILDREN: This is a 55+ resort and children are only permitted as guests traveling to the facility. Permanent residents have visitation privileges built into their leases and RV guests have 14 days of visitation privileges. Children (under 18) must be accompanied by a resident adult any time they are outside the RV or home.

GENERATORS: The operation of generators is not permitted.

GUESTS: Additional guests and their vehicles must be registered at the office. There is an additional fee for overnight guests. You are responsible for the conduct of your guests.

LAUNDRY: Posted hours. On-site clotheslines not permitted.

LOT MODIFICATIONS: Anything added to your lot requires prior written approval from Resort Manager.

OFFICE HOURS: Oct. 1st thru April 30th: M-F

8am to 4 pm Closed Sat. & Sun / May 1st thru

Sept. 30th: M-F 8 am to 3 pm Closed Sat. & Sun.

PETS: There is a limit of two pets. Owners must pick up after their pets at all times. Two dog parks are provided. Pets are not permitted in some areas and buildings.

PROPANE: All propane tanks must be attached to an RV, and all RVs must be self-contained.

QUIET HOURS: 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

REGISTRATION: All residents and their guests must register at the office.

REPAIRS AND OIL/FUEL FILTER CHANGE: Not permitted at any time.

RESTROOMS AND SHOWERS: Open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except for cleaning.

RVS OVER 10 YEARS OLD: Must be approved by Resort Manager.

SEWER HOSES: Must be elevated and supported to the sewer connection.

SMOKING: Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

SPEED LIMIT: 10 miles per hour.

Trash & Recycling

1. We offer curbside pick-up each Monday and Thursday at your site.

2. Please note that the limit is two bags per site. They must be curbside by 7 a.m.

3. We do not recommend leaving trash out overnight. If you do, you will be responsible for any cleanup which may be required as a result.

4. For additional service on the day of your departure, please call the office and give your space number.

5. Paper Recycling: you may dispose of magazines, catalogs, telephone directories, newspapers and broken down cardboard boxes in the recycling bins located in the storage compound. Just ask security if you are uncertain.

6. Can Recycling; all aluminum cans are accepted in the appropriate recycling bins. Please do not throw plastic containers in with aluminum cans. We no longer accept plastic as a recyclable product. Please place all plastic items with the trash items.

7. Glendale Landfill is open to the public and accepts all types of household waste, including furniture and bigger items. Call 623-930-2190 for information and hours.

Please call us for pick-up times and holiday trash pick-up. On departure days place trash on curbside for maintenance pick-up.
