Guidelines to Remember
• Speed limit is 5 mph.
• Obey all traffic control signs.
• Pool hours are as posted.
• Sewer donut or other seal is required.
• No camping stakes or anything else driven or placed into the ground.
• Check-out time is 12 NooN ($10.00 fee charge after 12:30pm and additional day charge after 1pm)
• Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
• All visitors must register at office and depart before 10pm or pay for the night.
• Please supervise children at all times.
• Place garbage in bags before putting it in the Dumpster.
• Valet Trash 8am-2pm, waste must be tied up in bags.
• No vehicle washing or watering due to water restrictions.
• No smoking in any building or pool area.
• Clotheslines are not permitted.
• No one under 18 years of age in Hot Tub! All children must be supervised at pool area.
• No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Rules are posted at the pool.
• Please keep our restrooms clean.
• Put disposable diapers, sanitary napkins, tampons and other paper products in the wastebasket, not in the toilet.
• Dump porta-potties at Dump Station, not in the toilets.
• The owners and management of this Resort are not responsible for personal articles or equipment left on or around campsites.
• Please help us conserve water and electricity.
• No electrical adapters or reducers allowed.
• No vehicles on patios or vacant sites.
• We welcome your pets when they follow these rules:
1. Pets are to be kept on a visible leash.
2. A pet walk is located at the north end of the Resort and south side dog walk area.
3. Pets are not allowed outside designated areas.
4. Pets cannot be left unattended out of the RV.
5. Absolutely do not leave any pet tied outside the RV.
6. Please clean up after your pet, even in the pet walk area.
7. Keep your pet under control.
8. Barking dogs will not be tolerated.
9. Only 2 pets are allowed per RV.
