General Rules

1. All RVs are subject to inspection and approval by Management. We have the right to refuse service based on appearance or condition. RVs, pop-ups, and campers more than 10 years old are subject to inspection and approval by Management. We have the right to refuse service based on appearance or condition. 2. Anyone tampering with any sprinklers or irrigation devices, tree climbing or disturbing/feeding wildlife in the park will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. 3. Damages or defacing property will be charged to the responsible party. 4. Payment is due in full at time of check-in. 5. Check-out is at 11 am; check-in is at 12 pm. 6. Wristbands are provided at arrival. Please ensure you and your guests have them on when fishing or swimming. 7. Guests are specifically prohibited from any commercial activities or solicitations on the premises. 8. Guests leaving a vehicle or RV unattended for more than 24 hours on site must obtain the approval of Management. 9. Anyone under the age of 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents or guardians will be held responsible for their children’s supervision and conduct. 10. Your assigned site will be kept clean, orderly and free of storage under the RV and on pavement. No structures external to the recreational vehicle and not an integral part of the vehicle are allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, storage sheds, workbenches, fences, skirting, refrigerators, tents, etc. Tent Camping Prohibited. No window air conditioners. 11. Please use Blue Barrels for disposing of Hot Coals. Containers located on the beach and throughout the park. 12. No clotheslines or wash to be hung on or around your RV or from trees. 13. Please use trash receptacles and dumpsters for disposing your trash. 14. RVs or other vehicles must park on gravel or concrete at the site. Two vehicle maximum plus the RV per site. (Nye County Fire Department requires streets to remain clear.) 15. Open fires are permitted ONLY in fire pits located on beach or in wood burning units designed for this use. Charcoal grills and fire pits are acceptable, but only on gravel or concrete pad at the site. 16. No sleeping in cars or outside of RVs. 17. Mechanical work of any kind may not be performed on park property without Management’s approval. 18. No fireworks allowed. 19. No riding bikes, skateboards or scooters on sidewalks by the lake and RV office area. 20. No wading pools, swimming pools, slip and slides or large play equipment. 21. Carpets or rugs must be on concrete or gravel. 22. No swimming or wading in lake; no fishing in the lagoon. Lakeside RV Park may have a RV removed from the property if guest of the RV abandons the vehicle; does not vacate when their time expires; violates any restriction, rule, or regulations; or behaves so as to adversely affect the use, enjoyment or safety of other guests.

Rules for Operation of Vehicles

1. Anyone who operates a vehicle must be a licensed motor vehicle driver. ATVs and dirt bikes are permitted to drive from the RV site to exit and return to the site. Off road vehicles are not to be used to drive throughout the park. They must park in overflow parking. 2. All other vehicles may be driven from one point to another, such as the casino, convenience store, pool, or another RV site. 3. Vehicles are not to be driven around in an unsafe manner, no speeding, racing other vehicles, no riding more people than seats can accommodate on vehicle.

Good Neighbor Policy 1. We do not accept mail or deliveries at the RV park office or at RV Sites. Please have all mail and deliveries sent to a P.O. Box or General Delivery at the Main Post Office. 2. Speed limit 5 miles per hour on all roads. 3. Children under 10 must be with an adult in all areas of the park. 4. Let us know of any conditions requiring attention. 5. Help us maintain the finest in restroom facilities by doing your part. 6. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. 7. No washing of vehicles in RV park except by approved vendors. 8. No drones in the park.

Pet Rules 1. Please keep your pets on a leash and out of the comfort stations, swimming pool area, off the beach and off the boats. Clean up immediately after your pets. 2. Pets must be on a leash six (6) feet or shorter in length at all times. Pets are not allowed to be loose at any time. 3. Pets MAY NOT be tied outside RV vehicle and left unattended. 4. Pet noise must be kept under control at all times. 5. Pet fences must be on gravel or concrete pads in your assigned RV site. 6. Aggressive pets are not allowed in the park. Animal Control will be contacted for any pets that are reported to be aggressive. Guests with aggressive pets will be asked to leave the park. 7. Pets must be licensed and immunized. 8. Pets may not be walked by children and must be walked by an adult.

Pool & Spa Rules 1. No glass bottles or food in pool area. 2. Proper swimming attire is required (street shorts or jeans are not permitted) while in the pool. 3. Non-toilet-trained children must wear pool safe diapers in the pool. 4. An adult must supervise persons under the age of 16 at all times in the pool area. 5. Lakeside RV Park is not responsible for fading of swimwear. 6. Must have wristband to be in pool area. 7. No pets in the pool/spa area. Lakeside RV Park will not be held responsible for the spotting of your recreational vehicle due to our irrigation systems. Occasional wind gusts and/or sprinkler heads that have been unintentionally knocked out of adjustment may and will spray on parts of your RV. Lakeside RV Park reserves all rights, including, but not limited to, the right to immediately evict guests for noncompliance with any one or more of the park rules without a refund. We strive to operate a safe environment, however we are not responsible for accidents, injuries or losses from any cause, including but not limited to, water, fire, theft, utility failure or improper connections. Guests understand that they use all facilities at their own risk. We reserve the right to amend or change our park rules and rates without prior notice for the preservation, safety, control and orderly operation of the RV Park. Enjoy your stay at Lakeside RV Park.
