Welcome Campers! We are so glad you are here. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our park policies and guidelines and reach out to us with any questions or need for clarification. SITE OCCUPANCY + REGULATIONS • Each site has an occupancy maximum of 6. All rates include up to four (4) people. Additional guests aged 6 and older are subject to an additional fee per person, per day. • No more than one RV or Tent per site. • RV’s may not park opposite of hookups or in-between sites • Pop-up tents, awnings, umbrella and outdoor furniture must be safely secured or dismantled when not in use and in windy weather. They are not to be left unattended. • No clotheslines, or outdoor pools are permitted. • Flags of current nations, states, provinces, sports teams, military, and college affiliations are permitted. No other flags are permitted including political party, confederate flags, or flags with profanity. • Please keep your site tidy and litter free. Leaving unprotected trash outside is unsightly, unmanageable, and attracts wildlife. • Clutter such as garbage, boxes, tarps, tools, empty flowerpots, etc. are not permitted. Concrete blocks to form structures or brace awnings are also not permitted.

VEHICLES + PARKING POLICIES • Every reservation includes 1 passenger vehicle. Additional vehicles are subject to a fee and must park in designated areas. • All vehicles must be insured, including golf carts. Anyone operating a motor vehicle must have a valid driver’s license. • Vehicles in a state of disrepair are not permitted. • No repairs or maintenance may be done on property, except by approved services. • Parking is allowed at your site providing the space can adequately fit your vehicles(s) within the confines of the site. • Oversized vehicles such as boats and trailers are subject to an additional fee and accepted only on a space available basis. • ATVs, UTVs, and dirt bikes or similar motorized vehicles are not allowed in use on property. • Car camping of any kind is not permitted. • RV’s must be registered and insured, 15 years or newer, and in excellent condition. • RV and car washing is permitted, for a fee, and must be coordinated with park personnel.

PET POLICIES • Please note the following policies to ensure the best stay for all. • Non-aggressive, well-behaved pets are welcome. Noisy, vicious or unruly pets are not permitted. • There is a maximum of three (3) wellbehaved dogs allowed per site. • Pets must be on a maximum 6-foot leash at all times while in the park. • Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. • Pet kennels, pens, fencing, corrals, crates or enclosed structures are not permitted. • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet immediately. Please use the dog waste station located near the restrooms, by the rear gate. • The park is not responsible for, and will hold accountable pet owners for, any injury or damage caused by pets. In addition, the owner of the pet that causes injury or damage to others is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party.

HAPPY CAMPER POLICY + CODE OF CONDUCT • Please be mindful of your fellow camper and do not walk-through other guest sites. • Children under 14 must always be supervised and accompanied by an adult while on park premises. • If you move a picnic table, please return it to its original location. Please do not move fire pits, and never leave a campfire unattended. • Please do not use portable grills on the picnic table without protecting the table from heat and food splatter. • Please do not cut, trim, or otherwise disturb the natural vegetation in and around the park. No nails, screws, or bolts in park trees. • No smoking, including vaping, in any buildings or outdoors within 10 feet of any park door or window. • Refuse bins are limited to normal household trash, no large items. • No possession or use of illegal drugs. • Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Profanity, violence, or inconsideration towards other guests and/or Park personnel will not be tolerated. • Vehicle noise must be kept to a minimum. No generators permitted. • No fireworks or firearms are permitted on property. • Signs for the sale of products, services and RVs are not allowed unless specifically permitted. • Visitors are welcome. Please have your guest register with the office. There is a fee per person, per day. A temporary car pass will be provided. All visitors are expected to read and adhere to park policies and vacant the premises by 11 p.m. • If there is damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required, the card on file will be charged accordingly. • We do not provide refunds or credits for any early departures of any kind. • Management is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged articles. Please keep your valuables locked when not in use. • If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, please contact park personnel. • If you need to call 911, and are able, please notify the park staff so they can escort the emergency personnel to your site. This is a privately owned park. Management reserves the right to refuse services, ask visitors to vacate or deny access to anyone under any circumstances it deems necessary.
