Check-in/Check-out: Check-out time is 12pm, Check-in time is 1pm. Late check-outs require office approval and payment.

Pool & Spa Hours: 10am - 10pm

Lazy River Hours: Open March 15th to November 1st, 10am -8pm

Mini-golf/Shuffleboard/Pickleball: Check out equipment in office; a deposit of driver’s license, credit card, or $20 is required to check out clubs, deposits are returned when the clubs are returned.

Bay Trail - follow the road past the cottages. Please close all cattle gates.

Beach Access: Do not use private property across the street. Our beach access is located to the right out the front entrance and is a half of a block down on the left-hand side.

Outdoor Movies: Movies start at dusk (weather permitting), every Friday and Saturday after Spring Break. During summer, movies are every night.

Pizza: Call the office to place an order, pizza hours are from 11am - 4:30pm, must be picked up by no later than 5pm.

Mail: Use the address located on the front of the brochure and your name. Packages are delivered to tables located outside mailroom, if they are not picked up by 5pm they will be placed in mailroom. The code to the mailroom is 1720

PARK POLICIES:

Quiet Time Hours: 10pm-8am. Unnecessary noise, drunkenness and disorderly conduct will NOT be allowed and will result in immediate eviction for the whole party.

• Management reserves the right to refuse, or discontinue service to anyone, at anytime, for any reason, including condition and or type of camping unit, or limit the number of persons per site.

• Any rights granted to registered guests in our facilities are through a revocable license which may be revoked at any time. Under no circumstances should you consider yourself a tenant with a lease.

• Polices, rates, and hours are subject to change without notice.

Golf Carts: all golf carts must be registered with a sticker. Per Galveston law, only a licensed driver can drive a golf cart - no exceptions.

Guests: guests/customers/visitors must check in at the office upon arrival and pay appropriate fees. Guests who do not check-in will be asked to leave.

Children: Parents must be in charge of their children and pets at all times; no children are to be unattended within our park at any given time.

Pets: Pets are to be on a leash at all times and within the owner’s control at all times, you are required to immediately clean up after your pets.

Service Animals: Staff have the right to ask about your Service Animal if it is within the pool areas. Such questions may include, “Is the Service Animal required because of a disability? What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? An Emotional Support Animal is not a Service Animal because it hasn’t been trained for a specific task for your disability. An Emotional Support Animal is not allowed in pool areas.

Extra Vehicles: extra vehicles are not allowed to park on the grass at the site. All vehicles must have a parking pass and be parked in properly designated areas.

Motorized Vehicles: Only adults may drive motorized vehicles, which include cars, trucks, golf carts, side-by-sides, and electric scooters.

Handicap Ramps: absolutely no skateboards, rollerblades, or scooters allowed on ramps.

Site Cleanup and Damages: All sites are to remain clutter free. No trash may be left out, and all items not in use must be stowed under trailers. No clotheslines. No ground fires; raised firepits are OK. No mats on the grass; mats are only allowed on the concrete. Cigarette butts, pet waste, or paper left behind will incur a $50 cleanup fee. Damage to electrical pedestals beyond normal wear and tear and a direct result of site occupant’s actions will incur a $900+ repair fee. Excessive damage to picnic tables and site grass caused by occupant will result in a $400+ fee.
