1. Wristbands are required to be worn at all times.
2. Only one camping unit is allowed on each designated campsite.
3. No more than 8 registered guests can occupy an RV site. Cottages/Wagons do not allow for more guests than they sleep.
4. Quiet hours begin at 10pm and end at 7am with the exception of Splash special events. Excessive noise and profane language will not be tolerated and can be cause for eviction from the resort. Use of golf carts, bicycles, and scooters is not permitted during quiet hours.
5. All children must be at a campsite by 10pm, except for during Splash special events.
6. The use of gas-powered play vehicles is prohibited.
7. RV sites and cottages must be reserved by a person age 21 or older.
8. RV must be here and ready to camp in order to register for a site.
9. Washing of vehicles and RVs is prohibited.
10. The use of fireworks is prohibited.
11. Private golf carts, LSVs, and all unregistered motor vehicles are not permitted.
12. Music that is audible beyond the immediate vicinity of the site is prohibited. Personal sound systems are not allowed to be played in the pool area.

13. Swimming in any water other than pools is not allowed.
14. All facilities are to be left clean after use.
15. Portable or inflatable swimming pools are not allowed in the park.
16. Valet trash service is available from 8am-6pm. Please place trash on the end of sites near the street. Due to wildlife, please do not place trash outside before sunrise.
17. Park speed limit must be observed throughout by all vehicles, scooters, bikes, etc.
18. Smoking is not permitted in any buildings including wagons, cottages, and the waterpark complex.
19. Pets must be attended to at all times and must be tethered with a maximum length of 6 feet.
20. Campfires are permitted in designated areas only. Ground fires are not permitted.
21. Guests must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license to drive golf carts.
22. Guests must be 48” tall to ride the slides. No exceptions.
23. Drinking in pools, lazy river, or hot tub is not permitted due to Florida Law.
