RULES AND POLICIES
Camping has inherent risks associated with outside activities. We are not responsible for injuries or damages occurring as part of the inherent risks of any camping environment.
YOU MUST READ ALL RULES BEFORE SIGNING THIS WAIVER
This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release Port St. Joe RV Resort, its officers, family members, volunteers, fellow campers and employees of all liability for the loss or damages to property and injury to his/ her person arising out of his/her use of its camping facilities and agrees to indemnify the campground, its officers, family members, volunteers, fellow campers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person(s) or visitor(s) of any member of the family of the camper, arising out of the use of its camping facilities and any activities, games, or events sponsored by Port St. Joe RV Resort. I agree to pay for any damages to campground property, sites, buildings, facilities, equipment, or loss of equipment, which may occur due to the actions of myself or my party. I also agree to immediately report any accident, injury, or property damage to the manager or staff. If a hazard or dangerous situation exists on the premises, I agree to notify the management or staff immediately. I agree to take full responsibility for myself and all the people in my party, including minors and visitors, and will require them to read and comply with all campground rules and regulations as posted in the office or on the grounds, as well as the terms and conditions as set forth in this registration form. I accept full responsibility for my children or those children in my care, custody, or control, and will supervise and attend to my children at all times while on these premises.

I HEREBY GIVE PERMISSION TO Port St. Joe RV Resort, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and licensees to use my name and photographic likeness in all forms and media for the purpose of advertising, promotions, trade and any other lawful purpose.
CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 AM. Please check with the office before 11:00 AM if you wish to extend your stay.
Quiet time is 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or public disturbance may result in eviction without refund.
SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH. Pedestrians always have the right of way.
WATCH for CHILDREN.
SITE OCCUPANCY: Maximum number of persons allowed on an RV site is 6 people.
CHILDREN: Parents are responsible for the actions of their children and guests. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at the Pool/Playground areas.
PETS are welcome. There is a maximum of 3 pets per RV site reservation. You must always keep your pets on a leash while outside. NO RETRACTABLE LEASHES. Pets are not to be left outside unattended. PET KENNELS and FENCES are prohibited. The park has provided pet waste bags and trash baskets for your convenience: any guest who fails to clean up after their pet will be asked to leave without a refund. Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Pets are not allowed inside any park buildings, pool area, or playground.
PLEASE DO NOT WALK YOUR PET THROUGH SITES.
POOL: SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. No lifeguard is provided. An adult must accompany children 12 and under at the pool. Bathing suits must be worn in the pool area. No cut-offs or T-shirts allowed.
PARKING: There is parking for one vehicle per site. additional parking is available in overflow areas. A current car pass must be visible at all times. Vehicles without a current car pass will be towed at the owners’ expense. DO NOT BLOCK OTHER SITES OR PARK ON VACANT SITES.
EMPTY SITES: Please be respectful of your neighbors & other campers by not walking, riding bikes, driving through, or parking on other’s or empty sites.
GUESTS: GUESTS MUST STOP AT THE OFFICE FOR A CAR PASS. THERE IS A FEE OF $5 PER PERSON PER DAY AND A FEE OF $5 PER VEHICLE PER DAY FOR ANY VISITOR. ALL VISITORS MUST LEAVE BY 10 PM. IF YOUR VISITOR IS SPENDING THE NIGHT, PLEASE LET THE OFFICE KNOW BEFORE THE END OF THE BUSINESS DAY OF EFFECTIVE DATE. THE CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS AND/OR VEHICLES UNLESS AND ADDITIONAL FORM OF PAYMENT IS PRESENTED TO THE OFFICE.
SMOKING: ALL BUILDINGS & THE POOL ARE NON-SMOKING AREAS. Please put butts in appropriate receptacles. There are cigarette butt receptacles throughout the park.
SEWER CONNECTIONS: Florida Law requires the use of a sewer donut or secure sewer connection. Sewer hoses need to be enclosed in PVC or elevated. All hoses, electrical cords, etc., must be hooked up on your site only and out of the way.
We will not replace any items left on the ground that are damaged by our maintenance team.
REPAIRS: Construction or auto mechanics (remodels, oil changes, rebuilds, etc.) are NOT ALLOWED in the park.
CLEANLINESS: We DO NOT ALLOW appliances, household furniture, workout equipment, portable swimming pools, trash cans, fences, or concrete steps at any of our RV sites. All trash must be taken to the Dumpster (See Map for Locations).
FEES: There is a $10 fee to wash your RV & a $5 fee to wash your car. Fees are paid PRIOR to washing either.
MOTORIZED VEHICLES, BOATS, AND TRAILERS: No battery-operated vehicles nor motor-driven cycles, bikes, scooters, or golf carts are to be driven in the park.
REFUNDS: There will be NO REFUNDS given due to weather or early departure.

OVERVIEW
Port St. Joe RV Resort is situated between Panama City Beach and Apalachicola, Florida. Located on Saint Joseph Bay, the RV Resort is separated from the Gulf of Mexico by a narrow barrier peninsula and the Saint Joseph Bay. Gulf County is the only panhandle county that boasts a westward-facing sunset. There is easy access to launch a kayak or paddleboard on St Joseph Bay and the Resort offers a host of amenities to make your stay memorable.
If you have come to Florida for deep water fishing, the Gulf of Mexico is only 6 miles away and easily reached by driving Hwy 30A. There, you will find plentiful fish species, as well as excellent surf fishing. Fish caught around the park include speckled trout, red drum flounder, and shark. If you are interested in freshwater fishing, the area abounds with plenty of freshwater areas.
Scallop harvesting is also an option. The office is open daily for RV supplies, drinks, ice, firewood, and snacks to purchase. There are souvenir items available as well.

The camp store is open 8 am to 5 pm daily for items you may have left behind, along with souvenirs to take back home. The store also sells bait and a limited supply of fishing necessities.
