GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S
SAFETY & ENJOYMENT
Please review the following guidelines with members of your party so that everyone has a safe and fun stay at our campground.
• Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit.
• QUIET HOURS: 10:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M. Please be courteous of your neighbors.
• Only one RV and one vehicle per site. Parking and/or driving on the grass is strictly prohibited. There is a fee for additional parking. Please check with the office for addition parking accommodations for you and your guests. Parking is limited.
• State law and insurance require that all visitors register at the office when entering the RV park. There is a fee for overnight visitors. Please check with the office for details.
• Automatic sprinklers run at night. Please know that any items left out on the grass will get wet.
• All sites have electricity. The use of generators is not permitted.
• Charcoal grills are permitted but please dispose of your coals in our assigned bin for charcoal.
• Please no open fires. The burning of wood or fireworks are not permitted in the park.
• SMOKERS: Smoking outside is prohibited within 30 feet of any entrance. All cigarette butts should be disposed properly and promptly.
• Tents, screen rooms, or any other structure not permanently attached to an RV are not permitted. Please confine the use of mats and rugs to the graveled area not on the grass. DO NOT PUT ANY STAKES OF ANY KIND IN THE GRASS AS IT MAY DAMAGE THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM.
• Trash: Covered containers are provided. Please deposit your trash in tied bags in the containers.
• Sewer Connection: For safety and hygiene, please be sure you maintain a positive sewer seal at both ends of the sewer hose.
• Please respect the landscaping and natural surroundings of the park. Do not tie anything to trees; do not move rocks.
• Please do not walk through or drive through another guest’s campsite. Stay on the designated traffic areas.
• WE ARE NOT A CAR WASH OR MECHANIC SHOP. PLEASE REFRAIN FROM WASHING, RINSING, CHANGING OIL OR REPAIRING ANY VEHICLE OR RV WHILE ON THE PREMISES.
• We love your dogs and cats. Please always keep them on a leash no longer than 6’ and under your supervision/control.
• Do not leave your pet outside unattended. They are to be kept under control, quiet and inside at night.

• We provide a fenced in pet area where you may allow your pet to run offleash. Receptacles and tools are provided for your convenience. When they POOP, you SCOOP!
• The pet area has a designated path to walk along to get to the entrance. Please do NOT cut through another guest’s site to shorten the distance.
THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE RULES AT THEIR SOLE DISCRETION. WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE TENANCY OF ANY SITE DUE TO CAMPGROUND RULE VIOLATIONS OR ANY OBJECTIONABLE CONDUCT. WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR LOSSES FROM ANY CAUSE.
