Crystal Lake RV Resort Rules
1. Rent and electric use is due on the 1st. A $50 late fee will be applied on the 5th if the balance is not paid in full. Security deposit will be refunded after the site is cleared and all charges are paid in full.
2. No pro-rated fees on move-outs. Advise us when you vacate. Return mailbox key and laundry card.
3. Check-in and Check-out office hours are 9 am to 5 pm, 7 days a week. Office phone is 281-303-8777. Clubhouse, Pool & Hot Tub open 9 am to 9 pm daily (subject to change).
4. No guests or visitors allowed who are on parole, probation, or who have a sex related conviction.
5. All RVs must be 2008 or newer, clean and in good working order. NO window AC units or tarps are allowed at any time.
6. Sewer connections must be tight with hoses in good working order.
7. Personal items are permitted on concrete only; no items are to be left on grassy areas.
8. Each pet must be on a leash and attended at all times. Aggressive behavior is not allowed. You are subject to eviction if your pets are out of control or get into a fight.
9. Pick up after your pets, in all areas. Dog stations are provided for your use.
10. NO glass is allowed in the pool or clubhouse areas.
11. No tailgating is permitted. No driving through, parking or using empty sites.
12. Drive 5 mph or idle speed through the park. WATCH FOR CHILDREN at all times.
13. No subleasing of your RV is allowed. Any deliveries or visitors must use your gate code to enter. Gate Code: the last 4 digits of your cell number.
14. Children under 18 must be supervised at all times. You responsible for their actions.
15. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 6 am. No generator use is allowed.
16. No fireworks are allowed at any time; no loaded firearms are allowed on the property.
17. If the police are called, you are subject to immediate eviction with no refunds.
18. No repairing or working on vehicles is allowed. Keep your space neat, clean and tidy at all times.
19. Laundry room is open 24/7/365. The bathroom code is 2351. The front walk gate code is C173Z and gate code to gas station is 2351. The secure WiFi network password is Crystal4321.
20. Trash: Your bagged and tied household trash will be picked up DAILY, 6 am to 9 am M-F ONLY. No weekends or Holidays. Flatten any cardboard boxes and take them to the dumpster yourself.
21. LP Tank Refills: Mondays through Fridays, 6 am to 9 am ONLY (NO WEEKENDS). Leave your tank with Your Site Number and Last Name by the Propane Station at 9 am. We will refill it, charge your account, and guests can pick it up.
22. Respect everyone’s use of the laundry room please. Remove your clothes from machines immediately after your cycle is finished.
23. Mail and packages: Your Name; 5511 South FM 565 Road; Your Lot #; Baytown, TX 77523 If the recipient on a mail piece is not in our database, that mail will be returned to sender.
We appreciate your business and your referrals. You are not a tenant with a lease; you are our guest, and we reserve the right to evict you for violations. As a guest, you agree to abide by the above rules.
