Guidelines For An Enjoyable Stay

These rules & regulations are implemented to make our resort nice and a safe place to stay. We appreciate your cooperation and hope your visit is enjoyable and relaxing.

RATES:

• NO REFUNDS on early departures.

• Check-In Time is 12 noon for RV sites, 3 pm for Cabins. Check Out/Departure Time is 12 noon for RV sites and 12 noon for cabins. To arrange a late departure or overnight extension, please visit our office.

• We do not guarantee the same site if you choose to extend your stay. Check with the office by 10 am for possible extensions.

• RV site rates are for 2 adults and 2 children, age 11 and younger. There will be an additional charge of $5 per night or $30 per extended stay for each additional person, 12 years of age or older. Maximum 8 per site.

PARKING & VEHICLES:

• Two (2) vehicle limit per site – no boats (excl. premium pull-thru sites). Overflow parking is available. Vehicle Wash is $10. RV wash is $20.

• PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS or in another RV site. Do not allow any vehicle to protrude from RV site into the flow of traffic.

• Do not cut through sites to get to your site.

• No vehicle or RV repairs allowed unless by a licensed on-site repair service and approved by management. Please inquire at office for authorized repair services.

• The speed limit in the park is 10mph. Speeding is subject to violations.

PETS:

• Pets are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult and on a leash at all times. No more than two (2) dogs allowed per RV.

• Aggressive and vicious breeds of dogs are NOT allowed in the resort. Some include: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, German Shepherd, Akita, and Wolf Hybrids. Please ask the office if you have a question about your pet.

• Pets may not be left unattended outside the RV. No pet fences allowed.

• Please pick up after your pet. Discard bagged waste in trash bins around the park.

• Pets are not allowed in the pool or buildings.

RIG/SITE APPEARANCE:

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone based on the appearance, age, and/ or condition of their rig. No indoor furniture or appliances outside RV.

• SURGE PROTECTORS ARE REQUIRED.

• Pressure regulators are recommended. Our average water pressure is about 70 psi.

• No Tents.

• All sewer and/or gray water hoses MUST have a connection attached to prevent sewer gases from escaping. All sewer hoses must be supported inside a PVC pipe or other factory hose support system.

GENERAL RULES:

• Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Disruptive noise is not permitted at any time.

• Office hours: Monday-Saturday 9 am to 5 pm, Sunday 9 am to 4 pm.

• Clotheslines are prohibited, including hanging bathing suits, towels, etc., outside your rig.

• An adult must accompany children (14 years or younger) at all times for their safety. No children are allowed in any building or facility without parental supervision.

• The resort will not be held responsible for any damage, theft, or injury during your stay.

• Gates: The main entrance is open 24/7.

• Fishing: Our five-acre pond is equipped with a floating dock and is stocked with Bass, Catfish, Bluegill, and Brim. FISHING IS CATCH AND RELEASE and no license is required. All fishing is at your own risk. Fishing from the swimming pool area or the gazebo is not allowed (no exceptions).

• Laundry: A laundry facility is located behind the office. The facility is 24 Hours, and the machines only accept credit cards.

• Restrooms are open 24/7 unless there is a water leak.

• Packages: Packages can be picked up during office hours only. Packages must be signed for. Stamps are sold at the office.

• Pool/Hot Tub: NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Open daily from 10 am to 10 pm. A green flag signals the pool is open, red signals the pool is closed. Children under 14 are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision. No one wearing diapers is allowed in the pool. Little Swimmers diapers are allowed. No glass, coolers, radios, or cookers are allowed. Please observe the posted rules in the Pool/Hot Tub area.

• Propane: Propane is available on site.

• Trash: Personal trash in tied bags can be placed in trash cans around the park. Trash cans are emptied every morning.

San Antonio River Walk

Stroll the lush riverside paths lined with towering cypress trees, restaurants, hotels, shops, museums, and recreation spots.

The Alamo

It was the site of the Battle of the Alamo in 1836, where American folk heroes James Bowie and Davy Crockett died.

Missions National Historical Parks

The only UNESCO declared World Heritage Sites in Texas.

World Famous Market Square

Over 100 locally owned shops. Largest Mexican market north of the border. Where the culture of San Antonio comes ALIVE!

Brackenridge Park

Site of the famous San Antonio Zoo, Japanese Tea Garden, Jingu House Cafe, Miniature train that goes throughout the park, and much much more.

San Antonio Museum of Art

A cultural gem that’s not to be missed.

San Fernando Cathedral

Built in 1731. Oldest cathedral in Texas and one of the oldest in the nation. From its tower, Santa Ana raised the red flag signifying “No Quarter” to be given to the defenders of the Alamo. Inside, see the tomb of Davey Crockett, Travis Smith and Jim Bowie.

POOL/HOT TUB GUIDELINES

• USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL IS LIMITED TO REGISTERED GUESTS & THEIR VISITORS.

• No Lifeguard on duty: swim at your own risk.

• NO RUNNING, DIVING OR ROUGHHOUSING IN THE POOL AREA.

• NO GLASS, COOLERS, RADIOS OR COOKERS ARE ALLOWED.

• PATIO/DECK IS SLIPPERY WHEN WET, USE CAUTION.

• ANYONE 14 AND UNDER MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT.

• OPEN DAILY 10 AM - 10 PM.

• A GREEN FLAG SIGNALS POOL IS OPEN, RED SIGNALS THE POOL IS CLOSED.

• PLEASE OBSERVE POSTED POOL/HOT TUB RULES.

• CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES.

• NO BABY DIAPERS ALLOWED IN THE POOL; LITTLE SWIMMERS OR OTHER APPROPRIATE SWIMWEAR MUST BE WORN.
