Welcome to the Serenova Steps to Success – FAQ Document! This document is designed to answer your most common questions about the Serenova Compensation Plan, helping you understand how to stay active, earn commission, and grow your business. Our aim is to provide clear, concise information so you can make the most of your Serenova journey with confidence. Let’s get started!

What makes an active Wellness Coach?

An active Wellness Coach is someone who generates at least £66 in net sales each month.

What are net sales?

Net sales refer to the price you pay before VAT is added.

What counts towards the £66 active threshold?

Both your personal purchases and any sales to customers contribute to this amount.

Which products count towards my sales?

Our Balance and Boost products count towards your commission. However, the Starter Kit, Shaker, and Taster Pack do not.

What can I use my Starter Kit for?

Your Starter Kit is a versatile business tool—you can use it for personal use, sampling, or even sell it to a customer who’s ready to try but doesn’t want to wait for their first order.

If I don’t earn commission on the Taster Pack or Shaker, why should I promote them?

These are essential tools to grow your business! The Taster Pack helps customers try before they buy, giving them confidence in our products. The Shaker ensures they get the perfect blend every time. By improving their experience, these products lead to repeat sales and referrals—helping you grow your business long-term.

Can my customers subscribe through me?

Yes! Subscription is the best way to shop—customers get the best price, their orders arrive on time, and they never have to worry about reordering.

Do subscriptions count towards my level in the Steps to Success?

Yes! All subscriptions, repeat purchases and one off purchases count towards your level and commission.

When do I get paid my commission?

Your commission payments are made on the 7th of every month directly into your bank account.

What is commission?

Commission is the money you earn from each sale. In our Steps to Success Compensation Plan, you can earn between 10% and 30% every month.

How do I sell the products?

It’s easy! You love the products—now just share your excitement.

·Talk to your network about the benefits.

·Share on social media.

·Always send your personal shop link to interested people —when they purchase, they’ll be linked to you, and you’ll earn commission on every order.

What happens if I’m not active in a month?

If you don’t meet the £66 net sales threshold in a month, you won’t receive commission for that month and you will not be classed as an active Wellness Coach.

What if I’m inactive for 3 consecutive months or more?

If you’re inactive for three months or longer, you’ll need to reactivate your account to regain access to the system and your customers. Plus you won’t receive any commission. Your will be reverted to the status of a Customer, you can reactivate at any time within 12 months and you will be with your original Serenova Leader.

What if I’m inactive for six consecutive months?

If you’re inactive for six months, your team will roll up to your Serenova Leader and you will no longer be eligible for Serenova Leader Payments.

What if I’m inactive for 12 months?

After 12 months of inactivity, you’ll be considered a customer instead of a Wellness Coach. To rejoin, you’ll need to reapply. Any customers attached to you will be reassigned to your Serenova Leader to ensure they continue receiving support.

What is the ‘Best of Two’ rule?

This is a great tool for Wellness Coaches! We always pay you at your highest level achieved over the last two months. So, if your rank drops one month, you’ll still be paid at the highest level from the past two months. This gives you time to get back to your level and continue to benefit from a higher commission.

Where can I find my customers’ details?

All customer details are stored in the Serenova Business Hub, where you can:

·Keep in touch with customers

·Offer support and discounts

·Track their wellness journey

How do I become a Serenova Leader?

To become a Serenova Leader, all you need to do is recruit a Wellness Coach. You’ll be rewarded with:

·Recognition for your leadership

·A monthly payment for any sales your team makes

·Earnings of 5%–8% depending on your team’s performance

What are team sales?

Team sales include any products sold by the Wellness Coaches in your team and any personal purchases they make. As your team grows and recruits, you can earn additional payments—up to three generations.

What is the New Start Bonus?

The new start bonus is an incentive for Serenova Leaders to recruit new Wellness Coaches. In our first four months of business for any new Wellness Coaches you recruit as a Serenova Leader you will be eligible for a New Start Bonus, which is an additional payment of between 1% and 3%. This is only applicable to brand new Coaches who have no connection to Serenova Leaders in the sister brand.

How can I check my team’s status?

You have access to the Business Hub, where you can:

·Track your team’s sales and activity

·See their level and thresholds

·Instantly access their contact details This makes it easier to support your team and help them succeed!

What happens when someone joins my team?

You’ll receive an email notification and a Business Hub update when a new team member joins. If you weren’t expecting them, reach out, introduce yourself, and start building that supportive connection.

How do I qualify for a Serenova Leader payment?

To qualify, you must:

·Be an active Wellness Coach (£66 net sales/month) ·Have a team of Coaches making sales

When will my Leader payment be made?

Leader payments are made by the 7th working day of each month.

How are commission and Leader payments made? All payments go directly into your bank account. Make sure your bank details are up to date in the Business Hub to avoid any delays.

What happens if a Wellness Coach resigns?

If a Coach in your team resigns:

·Their details will be removed from your Business Hub.

·Their customers and team members will be rolled up to you for continued support.

·You’ll continue earning commission from any future sales in that network.

Why is commission paid at net?

As a business we do not pay commission on VAT as this is paid directly to HMRC
