Let’s get started!

How to Find & Attract the Right People for Your Team
Understanding your recruitment strategy.
Your goal is to build a team of passionate Wellness Coaches who align with the Serenova mission.
There are three main recruitment categories:
Cold Market – People you don’t know yet but can build a relationship with
Warm Market – Friends, colleagues, or acquaintances who already trust you
Hot Market – People who are already engaged and interested in wellness, direct sales, or entrepreneurial opportunities

Where to find potential recruits.
To grow your team, explore both your existing network and new opportunities:
Who Do You Know?
Friends, family, and colleagues
Social media groups & online communities
Other direct sellers who may be looking for a new opportunity
Where Do You Go?
Social media groups & forums (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
Coffee shops, salons, social clubs
Gyms, yoga studios, workplace breakrooms
Wellness fairs, networking events, and job fairs

How to start a conversation.
The way you introduce Serenova can make all the difference.
Keep it natural and engaging
“Hey Nushie! I hope you’re doing well! I’m so excited to share something really exciting with you — I’ve just partnered with a brand-new company that’s revolutionising the wellness industry for women going through menopause. It’s a game-changer in direct sales, and I’d love to tell you all about it! Are you free for a coffee tonight at 6pm?”

“Hi Carly! Just wanted to share something super exciting —I’ve joined an innovative company that’s changing how we support women’s wellness. This could be a great opportunity for you too! Can we have a quick chat later?"
“Hey Jo! I have some exciting news — I’ve just partnered with a fantastic new company that’s doing something totally unique for women going through menopause. It’s a revolutionary approach in direct sales, and I’d love to tell you more! Would you be free for a chat tonight at 6pm?”
Handling objections confidently.
It’s normal for people to have doubts. Instead of viewing objections as rejections, see them as a chance to provide reassurance.

Ask open-ended questions:
“What would having more flexibility mean for you?”
Acknowledge concerns and offer solutions:
“I completely understand, and that’s why we provide training and support every step of the way.”
Leave the door open:
“I’d love to check in again in a few months if things change for you.”
Following up & staying connected.
Recruitment doesn’t stop after the first conversation.
Build relationships by:
✔ Ending on a positive note
✔ Offering a simple next step (a meeting, a training session, or a sample)
✔ Checking in at the right time (not too soon, not too late)
