How to Find & Attract the Right People for Your Team

Understanding your recruitment strategy.

Your goal is to build a team of passionate Wellness Coaches who align with the Serenova mission.

There are three main recruitment categories: Cold Market – People you don’t know yet but can build a relationship with Warm Market – Friends, colleagues, or acquaintances who already trust you Hot Market – People who are already engaged and interested in wellness, direct sales, or entrepreneurial opportunities

How to start a conversation.

Keep it natural and engaging “Hey Nushie! I hope you’re doing well!

Handling objections confidently.

It’s normal for people to have doubts. Instead of viewing objections as rejections, see them as a chance to provide reassurance.

Ask open-ended questions: “What would having more flexibility mean for you?”

Acknowledge concerns and offer solutions: “I completely understand, and that’s why we provide training and support every step of the way.”
