Bringing new Coaches and Leaders into your Serenova business is just the beginning—how you support them in their first steps will set them up for long-term success.

This guide is designed to help you provide a smooth and structured onboarding experience, ensuring your new team members feel confident, motivated, and ready to grow.

Inside, you’ll find key steps, best practices, and essential resources to guide your recruits from their first day to their first successes. By following this approach, you’ll create a strong foundation for engagement, development, and lasting business growth.

How to set up new team members for success.
The first 24 hours –creating a great first impression.

Onboarding begins the moment someone joins your team. A smooth, welcoming experience will set them up for long-term success.

✔ Send a Welcome Message – A warm introduction to the team WhatsApp or Facebook group

✔ Provide Quick Start Resources – Share the Onboarding Checklist and Serenova Learning Hub details

✔ Schedule a One-to-One Chat – Explain their next steps and answer questions

The first week – laying the foundation.

Day 1-2: Training & Resources

Walk them through the Quick Start Guide (key steps, expectations, and support available)

Ensure they have access to the Serenova Training Hub and their Wellness Coach Portal

Invite them to virtual training from Head Office and encourage participation

Encourage them attend the Serenova ‘Let’s Get Started’ call or watch the videos

Get them to post their first social media announcement about joining Serenova

Day 3-4: First sales & confidence building.

Access further content on the Serenova Training Hub

Help them craft their Elevator Pitch (how they introduce Serenova to others)

Encourage them to share content about the products on social media

Encourage them to reach out to potential customers on social media

Roleplay potential customer & recruitment conversations to build confidence

Day 5-7: Support & motivation.

Conduct a check-in call to answer questions and offer guidance

Encourage them to reach out to at least 5 more potential customers or recruits

Reinforce the AAA Approach (Activity, Awareness, Action)

Check in on the Learning Hub for updates

Encourage regular training

Promote attendance on Live Training from Head Office

The first 30 days – building momentum.

The first month is crucial for success! Keep new team members engaged with:

Regular Check-Ins – Weekly calls to track progress & address challenges

Recognition & Encouragement – Celebrate small wins to boost confidence

Community & Support – Encourage participation in team chats & training sessions

Lead by Example – Share your own progress & tips to inspire them
