Our brand name, Serenova, was carefully created by blending two Latin words: “Serena”, meaning calm and peace, and “Nova”, meaning new, fresh, and renewed.

Together, Serenova represents a fresh start, a peaceful mind, and a sense of vibrant renewal—exactly what we want women to experience through our products and our Serenova community.

Here’s how it works: Your commission is based on total personal net sales, and you can earn between 10% and 30% each month. (Net sales = total sales minus 20% VAT.) As a Wellness Coach, you’ll have access to your very own Coaches Business Hub, where you'll receive a personalised vanity URL—your own Serenova online store. This makes it easy for your customers to shop directly with you.

They offer seven levels of personal sales earnings, starting from Level 1: Rising Star, where we earn 10%, all the way up to Level 7: North Star, where we can earn 30% commission on our personal net sales.

Here’s a quick breakdown: •

Up to £250 in net sales = 10% commission

Over £500 = 22% commission Then, our commission increases in 2% increments, all the way to 30% when our net sales reach £4,000 and above

This tiered system is designed to be both attainable and motivating—so as our customer base expands and our sales volume increases, our income potential grows too.

Let’s break this down with a simple example…

As a Serenova Wellness Coach, your commission is based on your total personal net customer sales—and it’s very straightforward.

Say our goal is to earn £110 a month in commission.

We’d need around 10 customers purchasing Balance & Boost—either on subscription or payas-you-go. That would generate approximately £535 in net product sales, placing us in the 22% commission band.

That means we’d earn £110 in commission—and hit our first major milestone as a Serenova Shooting Star!

Now imagine we are growing our business a further each month: Let’s say we have 25 personal customers, and perhaps you’ve also purchased a few boxes yourself for sampling or personal use. This brings your total net sales volume to around £1,500 for the month.

That qualifies you for the 26% commission band, giving you £390 in earnings—and achieving our celebrated rank of Serenova Rock Star!

But here’s the best part…

We have a BONUS called “Best of Two”, and it’s unlike anything I have ever seen in this industry.

If our personal sales drop in the following month, Serenova will honour our higher commission rates from the previous month.

For example:

In July, say we achieve £1,500 in net sales = 26% commission

•

In August, sales dip to £500 (maybe it’s holiday season) we’ll still be paid at 26%, not the lower 22%

This smart model ensures we are always rewarded consistently for our efforts; even during quieter months.

And let’s not forget the real power of this opportunity at Serenova: As we enrol more customers on monthly subscription, we begin to build a genuine passive income stream.

That’s the beauty of direct sales done right; do the work once, and continue earning month after month.

That’s true residual income, and it’s exactly what makes Serenova’s business model so exciting for me and my team.

By recruiting and mentoring your own team of Wellness Coaches, you’ll begin to grow your network, duplicate your business, and watch your earnings expand exponentially.

Slide 35 As a Serenova Leader, you have the opportunity to build a team down to three generations deep, advancing through seven distinct leadership titles along the way.

As your team grows in both width and depth, you’ll unlock exciting new bonuses earning an additional 5% to 8% commission across three different generations of Wellness Coaches.

You’ll earn from all Active Wellness Coaches within your three-generation team. An Active Wellness Coach is anyone who is commission qualified, meaning they generate a minimum of £66 in sales within any given month.

For example, if you purchase your Balance & Boost and have just one other customer doing the same, that would be over £66 in sales—which means you’d be classified as Active and eligible for commissions. But don’t worry about all this for now; I will help and support you to get there.

Slide 36 So when you begin your Serenova journey with me, I will help you to achieve your first Leadership rank as an Associate Leader. At this stage, you’ll earn an additional 5% bonus on all sales from your first generation.

The next rank is Team Leader, where the requirements increase to 6 Group Active Wellness Coaches anywhere in your downline, with a total Group Volume of £4,000. At this level, your bonus increases to 6% on all first-generation sales.

Together we can grow your team in and start to expand exponentially.

We also offer a powerful incentive called the New Starter Bonus. This bonus rewards you for recruiting brand new Wellness Coaches who have never been registered with Serenova or any of our sister companies before. You’ll earn additional bonuses on these new recruits’ sales across your three generations for the first four months of their Serenova career. Simply put—the more Wellness Coaches you bring on board, the greater your income potential.

Slide 37 We’re also excited to introduce the Fast Start Bonus — a £25 cash reward for any active Wellness Coach (Sponsor) who recruits a new Wellness Coach during July, provided that new Coach remains ACTIVE the following month.

How Does It Work? It’s simple: 1. Sponsor a new Coach in July — they join by purchasing the £99 Starter Kit (Balance & Boost in Chocolate, Vanilla, and Coffee, plus a free shaker).

2. When the new Coach stays ACTIVE the following month, their Sponsor earns a £25 bonus.

3. There’s no limit — recruit 1 or 20 new Coaches in July, and you earn £25 for each Active Coach.

4. Bonuses are paid the month after your recruit becomes Active.
