Why do we run bundles and offers?

Our goal is simple: to help you grow your business by making it easier for new (and returning) dieters to get started!

Bundles give potential clients an easy entry point, while offers create that little extra buzz to boost enquiries and conversions. They’re designed to:

How do URLs and promo links work?

If you ’ ve paid for a Webpage subscription (or if you ’ re a new Consultant in your first 6 months), you’ll have the opportunity to request a unique promo link that connects new enquiries straight to you.

Here’s how they work:

If a dieter visits your Consultant webpage or uses your promo link to request a bundle or place an order, they are automatically attached to you.

You’ll get an email confirming this (just like with Taster Packs). You then complete the ePRF and offer support as usual.

This ensures you get the credit (and the business!).

Use your promo link everywhere – Instagram bio, WhatsApp messages, business cards – it helps keep your dieters connected to YOU.

Bundles are curated starter packs promoted by Head Office and available through specific campaigns. They’re usually aimed at:

You can also find bundles in the DTD Offers section on the Webstore – these can be manually ordered and delivered direct to your client.

Can I create my own offers too?

Absolutely! While the national bundles are aimed at new and lapsed clients, you ' re welcome to run your own mini offers for existing slimmers.

FAQ’s

1. Does normal screening need to take place before any purchase?

Yes! The ePRF must be completed before a sale is made – just like with any new dieter. This ensures you can screen for contraindications, allergies, medications, or other red flags.

2. What if the client isn’t suitable for Plan (e.g. due to pregnancy, BMI, medications)?

If the client isn’t suitable, you don’t proceed. The screening process protects both you and the dieter, and the same rules apply as with any other client.

3. What if they’re unsuitable for Step 2, but can follow a higher Step? No problem! You can guide them to Step 3, Step 4 or Step 5 if appropriate, and tailor how they use the bundle accordingly. The bundles aren’t Step-specific.

4. What if they have allergies or intolerances (e.g. gluten or dairy)?

You can adapt the bundle to suit – just swap products of equal value where needed. Make sure the client understands which products are suitable and how to use them.

5. Can they return products? Does the 14-day cancellation policy still apply?

Yes – they have the right to cancel within 14 days and return any unopened products under our standard policy. You’d manage this in the usual way.

6. Can multiple people in the same household purchase a bundle?

Yes – but each person must complete their own screening form and be assessed individually for suitability. Each would be treated as a separate client.

7. What’s the delivery charge for a bundle ordered via DTD? The standard D2D delivery charge is £5.99 + VAT, which is added at checkout.
