Broadway
District Business Partnership
Earth Science is a vital district design partner for On Broadway. Their expertise has enhanced the district by providing fertilizers for the planter bowls along with planting and cultivating clover and wildflowers for the Vital Essentials Dog Park.
These additions not only beautify the area but also support a healthier, more vibrant ecosystem. Their efforts help make the area more enjoyable, showcasing the perfect blend of urban development and environmental care.
Urban Design
Partnered with the City of Green Bay and Downtown Green Bay, Inc. to hire ISG, an architecture and engineering firm, to complete Broadway District streetscape design standards and urban design enhancements.
Hubbard St. Corridor
Visioning exercise to re-imagine the Hubbard Street connection between Pearl Street and S. Maple Avenue.
District Streetscape Design Standards
An adopted set of standards for future streetscape enhancements to create cohesion and consistency with amenities such as benches, trash cans, lighting, pavement treatments, and corridor markers.
City Loop
A collaborative project between Downtown Green Bay, Inc. and On Broadway, Inc. to create a branded loop connecting the districts with wayfinding signage and other interesting design elements.
Diverse Business Assistance Grant
On Broadway, Inc. was awarded a $985,000 grant from the State of Wisconsin whose compliance period ended in 2024.

The Shipyard
The Shipyard is located on the western edge of the Fox River just north of the Mason Street Bridge. Project Updates:
Phase one ribbon cutting occurred on October 30, 2024 and includes a riverfront promenade, floating dock, fishing pier, habitat enhancement and accessible kayak launch.
Phase two plans include public amenities like a great lawn, a dog park, an urban beach, and a playground. Construction is estimated to begin in May 2025.
Phase three of the project includes a container park. The completion date is undetermined and dependent on funding being available.

Broadway District Business Partnership
The passionate team at Redfish reached out to assist with an event logo revamp and mug design for year three.
Their logo design enhanced the overall look of our event and the mugs were a big hit, selling out before the end of the event series. Additionally, they provide their antique truck which adds the perfect holiday photo backdrop for event attendees.
Farmers’ Market on Broadway
For more than two decades, this event has brought increased foot traffic to the Broadway District, supporting hundreds of small businesses both in the market and those that line the street. The market also serves as the primary source of funding for On Broadway, Inc., allowing the organization to continue its mission of supporting and serving district businesses.
