For Matsuhisa, it’s the key to a well-rounded life. “I exercise every day— treadmill, bicycle, swimming, stretching. People say there’s no time to do exercise, but that’s an excuse,” Matsuhisa told the Harvard Business Review. “Everyone has 30 or 45 minutes in the morning, and when you start sweating, it feels so good. It even fixes jet lag.”
Nagomi Ritual A journey to stimulate the senses, this experience begins with a floral footbath and foot treatment. That’s followed by a relaxing body message, and a facial that incorporates facial reflexology, plus an exfoliation and mask, leaving skin restored and revitalized.
Nobu Zen This stress-relief service is designed to bring your body and mind back into balance. The customized treatment combines massage techniques of your choosing along with your preferred aroma oil blend to melt tension away.
