Lucky to be life partner of... NEHA SHARMA 'NEH' Naresh Kumar Sharma Neha Sharma is a rising star in the sky. I know her when she was hardly 14 years old. At that time she was a school going child. In those days when girls hardly used to drive scooter she started driving scooter in her 9th class and now she drives car without any hesitation even on the highway. She was a very good player of badminton and represented district. She could not play state level due to some family problems. Even in her childhood she was very much appreciated by her neighbours and always tried to give helping hands to them. She is very positive by nature and always feels that ultimately things will settle at a positive note. She is in the habit of writing something even from her very early age and keeps them as records. She completed her M.A. in English before marriage. After our marriage she left her private job as a teacher and fully dedicated to family life so as to give her best to her in-laws and children. She is in the habit of sitting with their elders and listen to their advice. My father and she used to sit for hours to discuss family affairs. When our daughter was hardly four months old she became very critical then Neha served her and brought her back to normal life. She served my mother wholeheartedly when she had lost her memory. With her care and endless efforts Neha brought her memory back & she passed rest of her life as a normal person. God had given her such a power which helped to cure that old lady but it was a wonder for the family. After about five years of our marriage we were transferred to Chandigarh in 1995. In 2000 on my transfer to Shimla she lived alone with both the kids at Chandigarh. I used to visit the family weekly. At that time our son was only a year old. When my son was about one and half year old and daughter about nine

years old she gave a surprise visit to me even and reached Shimla with both the kids and some luggage. Moreover in those days there was no source of communication like mobiles etc. as of now. Her confidence is par excellence. She is a source of guidance to the kids and advise them patiently keeping in view their interests & views on their dayto-day affairs. Neha does Yoga regular to keep her fit, thus beating age to overpower her. About four years back one day when we were free after having our dinner she said that now I feel bit free and want to pursue my studies in M.A. Hindi, second post graduation. It is the age when people say goodbye to studies and even sell their old books but for her Age is only a number. On her first day in the university her class fellows were astonished to see her in the class, even her teachers were younger to her and thus avoided all the hesitation which one fees like in this age. With her hard work and dedication she completed her second post graduation in first division with very good marks. Before her second post graduation she became member of NGO, solely run by women and later became its General Secretary due to her dedication. This NGO runs a part time school for part time household workers who do not get time and have money to attend some regular school. If they show good response these students are admitted to regular school and their education is arranged up to 12th level by the members itself. This NGO tries to help other needy people of the society and solely runs on contributions from members and is not connected to any political party in any way. years back. She has written some books of her own in addition to her contributions in Sanjha Sangrah, a number of topics pertaining to past, present and future. I feel very proud of her & it gives me immense joy when I see her so many awards which she has received in such a short period of 4-5 years. I wish her much more achievements and be a renowned & acclaimed national as well as international poetess in the coming times. A Perfectionist, Neha has all the qualities of a good, affectionate, dedicated, selfless human being. She is always very keen to do something new. She readily accepts challenges and fulfills them. She is in the habit of listening others very patiently and always tries to add something positive so as to solve their problems. Neha is so optimist that every conversation with her always ends on a positive note. The word "Impossible" has no place in her life. She always remains in a cheerful mood & welcomes everyone with a broad smile on her face. Self-respect & selfconfidence are another characteristics of her personality. She is blessed with a marvellous convincing power, is always a center of attraction and her loving nature attracts everyone. Neha has always supported me, stood by me through thick & thin. One more quality which I should mention here is that Neha, the soul & life of her friend group is always full of life, has a very strong mind, unwavered determination and by the grace of God very strong intuitive power. An epitome of Sacrifice, Neha, my lifeline, is unique in every way. As a loving & caring daughter, sister, mother, wife & daughterin-law she deserves all the respect.
