The product "Depression"-1 minute short film- is a visual exploration of the emotional and psychological struggles that come with depression. The product shows the overwhelming feelings of being trapped and disconnected, using powerful symbols to represent the inner chaos of the mind. InspiredbyCarl Jung’sShadowSelftheory, the film reflects how depression affects thoughts, actions, and emotions
The stormy seas and rogue waves in the film are metaphors for the emotional turmoil the character faces. The visuals and soundscapes emphasize the feel ng of being out of control, unable to hide emotions. As the character tries to understand and manage their feelings, the film shows their journey to find clarity.
