OMA Studio Group, established in 2020, encompasses 480,000 sq ft of sound stages and production space across three film studios (and two support sites).
The portfolio includes 13 sound stages totalling over 300,000 sq ft.
Our studios are high specification warehouse conversions, thoughtfully designed for practical production use.











We operate as a free house with no exclusive supplier lock-ins. Hiring productions are free to bring onto the lot whoever they choose, and negotiate the best rates directly with suppliers.

Unlimited access to internet / Wi-Fi / data is provided across campus, free of charge.

Hire fees are inclusive of SIA qualified security 24/7.

Established in 2020, OMA One is the first Location Collective created and operated studio site.
The facility offers four fully soundproofed, high specification stages totalling 87,500 sq ft, 18,965 sq ft of workshop and store space, and 12,500 sq ft of production offices.
The site’s external footprint includes 62,000 sq ft of secure yard space, with a total parking capacity equivalent to 335 parking bays. We have recently secured planning permission to create new hardstanding space on site equivalent to approximately 150 additional parking bays.
The four sound stages at OMA One range in size from 16,500 sq ft to 29,000 sq ft, with minimum working height clearances across stages of 29-35 ft.
OMA One is conveniently located in Enfield, North London, within five minutes’ drive of the M25. Waltham Cross train station is within walking distance. Journey time from central London is 26 minutes, with regular, direct trains from London Liverpool Street Station.

Established in 2021, OMA X is the largest single site within the OMA Studio Group and biggest film studio inside London.
OMA X offers six fully soundproofed, high specification stages totalling 154,500 sq ft, 31,500 sq ft of multi-purpose support space and up to 27,000 sq ft of production offices. The site’s external footprint includes 94,000 sq ft of secure yard space, with a total parking capacity equivalent to 611 parking bays. The site covers 10 acres in total.
The six sound stages at OMA X range in size from 16,500 sq ft to 41,000 sq ft, with working height clearances across the stages of 44.5 ft.
The site is located just 750m from OMA One in Enfield, North London.
OMA X enjoys the benefit of an on site cafe, run by Honest Foods London.

OMA V launched in 2024 following a highspecification refurbishment. The facility is our third film studio and the fifth OMA Studio Group site.
OMA V is conveniently located in a prime position between Elstree and St Albans in Radlett, Hertfordshire.
The site has been designed to perfectly accommodate a single production looking for a fully contained and controllable film studio solution or two productions operating side by side. The site offers everything on one plot including sound stages, ancillary support space, offices and an ample provision of parking. OMA V features 1 larger 32,534 sq ft stage and 2 smaller stages (16,177 sq ft and 16,154 sq ft). All have minimum working height clearances of 29-35 ft.
The site’s external footprint includes 30,000 sq ft of secure yard space, with a total parking capacity equivalent to 245 parking bays, plus an overspill car park offering an additional 50 bays.
OMA V is conveniently located alongside the M25 between junctions 21 and 22; 3.5 miles and 3.6 miles away. Radlett station is 2 miles to the south, offering rail links via Thameslink into St Pancras International in 26 minutes.

Location Collective is a leading, London based provider of space to the film & TV industry, with over 16 years of experience in bringing together filming and property. Our company mission is to ‘Make London’s buildings the most film friendly on the planet’.

Our Agency business focuses on sourcing the types of properties which are in highest demand with our production customers, with our dedicated in-house Acquisitions Team working to build relationships with property owners and secure sites to our portfolio for film & TV industry usage.
We source all types of production space to suit the requirements of hiring productions, whether for front of camera filming or as behind the camera production space including alternative set build, workshops and ancillary space or production offices.

Once new properties are introduced to our portfolio, our in-house Customer Service Team works to ensure the most film friendly space and policies with our owner clients, whilst taking the administration associated with filming away from owners to ensure they keep their doors open to filming for as long as possible.
To date, Location Collective have placed well in excess of 10,000 filming and production space hires into buildings within our Agency portfolio. We currently represent 250+ properties on an exclusive basis, and 600+ properties on a nonexclusive basis.

55 Broadway is a Grade I listed building located close to St James’s Park in central London. Between 1933 and 2020, the site was used as the main headquarters for Transport for London. In 2020, it was acquired by Integrity International Group to ultimately be refurbished as a luxury hotel.
Since this acquisition, Location Collective have exclusively represented the 200,000 sq ft building for film & TV industry use. With its many areas of wellpreserved Art Deco detailing, 55 Broadway offers huge potential for various genres of film and TV, as well as ample space for production offices, costume storage, production servicing, edit suites, rehearsal space and various other ancillary purposes.
To date, we have hosted over 150 production hires at 55 Broadway.

The iconic, Grade II* listed Ravenscourt Park Hospital (dating back to 1931) sits within a 3.9 acre site in Hammersmith, West London. Whilst the site is well-known historically for use by the film & TV industry, for the past decade it has been unavailable due to changes in ownership. Location Collective have recently built a relationship with the site’s new owners and opened its doors to filming once again.
Ravenscourt Park Hospital is a vacant 167,000 sq ft site with varying aesthetics and versatile backdrops. Features include Art Deco architecture, a distinctive triple-height entrance hall, crittall windows, long period corridors, hospital wards, boardrooms and terraces.

Langleybury Mansion is a vacant, Grade II* listed, 18th century manor house with a range of authentic exteriors and flexible period interiors. The site is located just outside the M25 to the North West of London, within 30 minutes’ drive of over 100 sound stages, including those at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden which sits adjacent to Langleybury.
The Mansion and surrounding estate is owned by hoteliers, Ralph Trustees, who also own ‘The Grove’, London’s country hotel, located five minutes’ drive from the Langleybury Estate. Location Collective have worked with Ralph Trustees for over a decade, with the site exclusively in use for film and TV production. During this time, the Mansion has become one of the most prolific filming locations in the UK with in excess of 100 productions hosted on site.
Over time, uses of the Mansion and wider Estate have expanded beyond front of camera filming in and around the Mansion itself, to include a range of ancillary support uses including unit basing, set build, exterior set build, workshop space and production offices.
