I want unlimited data on my current plan, can I get it?

Etisalat’s ‘Postpaid Connect plans are designed for people who want a lot of data, and nothing is stopping you from signing up for more than one plan. However, if you’re currently on another Etisalat plan and want to make use of their postpaid services, you will need to sign up for a new line as we don’t allow users to take advantage of two separate postpaid plans.

What features are available on my current plan?

You can check what features are available on your current plan by going to your My EIS App. To do so, log in to My EIS App, click on View all my services and then select View my postpaid plan. Your plan details will be displayed. If you scroll down, you'll see a section with details of all your add-ons.

When will I get charged for the plan/feature?

If you sign up for a plan, you will be charged at that time. If you add a feature to your postpaid account (for example, if you buy and activate an iPad), you will be charged once that feature is registered on our system. You can check if a new purchase has been applied to your account by logging in to your My Account page and viewing Recent Activity.

Can I use any device with this plan?

You can use your SIM card with any device, including any unlocked device. If you are using a locked device, you need to unlock it first.

How do I add more value to my current plan?

Etisalat offers several postpaid plans, each providing you with different amounts of voice, data, and SMS. Will I get a bill every month?

Yes, Etisalat will send a bill every month for postpaid mobile, internet, and home services. This bill will include your monthly charges, taxes, and government fees.

What happens if I reach my data limit?

If you reach your data limit and have not purchased a top-up package, you will automatically be re-directed to a page with instructions on how to purchase one. Depending on which plan you are

subscribed to, you may receive a text message when you reach 50%, 80%, and 100% of your data limit. You can also check your balance by dialing *123#.

What happens if I run out of credit in my account?

Although you have a set amount of credit in your account, you are not charged for any additional calls or SMS after that limit is reached. If you do, however, continue to make calls or send SMS messages beyond your subscribed limit of credit, these will be deducted from your standard balance at a higher rate than normal. You will not be able to use any data if you have no balance left on your account. Learn how to top up here.

What payment options are available?

To purchase your SIM card, you can choose from a wide range of payment options. If you’re buying online, you can use PayPal or embanking to complete your purchase using an international credit or debit card. Alternatively, if you’re purchasing in-store, Etisalat customers can use their Fetch prepaid cards or any major credit or debit card.

Do I have to make any payments for 24 months and what happens after that?

The Etisalat Postpaid Plan does not have any fixed period or any postpaid installment plan. You only have to pay for the services you use, with no hidden charges and no lock-in contracts. The number of months you choose for your plan is purely for reference purposes, as you do not need to enter into a postpaid contract. If you don’t want to pay after your 24-month period, simply downgrade your postpaid plan, or switch to an alternative service provider.
