The Metro Omaha Builders Association would like to welcome you to the 2025 Street of Dreams Multi-Site Luxury Home Tour. The Street of Dreams is a showcase of innovation, luxury and architectural excellence in home design. MOBA has produced this signature event since 1985.
This year’s event features an exceptional array of homes that define modern living at its finest. Who produces the Street of Dreams Multi-Site Luxury Home Tour?
• Metro Omaha Builders Association (MOBA) produces the Street of Dreams, along with the Spring and Fall Parade of Homes and Outdoor Living Tour.
Showcase Guidelines
• Do not enter a tour home if you are sick or do not feel safe.
• A ticket is required to tour the homes.
• Please bring a clean pair of socks to wear, use the shoe covers provided, and follow the instructions from each builder.
• Be respectful of furniture and surfaces; do not touch or sit on anything.
• No food or drink is permitted in the homes at any time.
• Please watch your step.
How much does it cost to attend the Multi-Site Street of Dreams?
• $22.00 + fees per digital ticket. Purchase at www.moba.com or purchase a discounted ticket at select Hy-Vee locations.
How many times can I walk through a home?
• A general admission ticket allows six one-time admissions. You may visit all six homes in one day or spread your visits across multiple days, with a total of six admission scans/punches throughout the event.
Is there a charge for children?
• Yes, children 10 and over will need a ticket to attend the tour. Children 9 and under do not need a ticket to attend the show. An adult MUST accompany and be responsible for children at all times in the homes.
When can I visit the homes?
• Your ticket is good anytime during the two weekends of the Street of Dreams Multi-Site Luxury Home Tour. Homes are open 12-6 p.m. Friday - Sunday.
Do I drive directly to the homes?
• Yes. Please be mindful of any signage with parking restrictions when arriving at the homes.
Can I wear shoes in the homes?
• No, shoes are not allowed. Socks or the tour booties provided at the homes are required for all attendees. Please wear shoes you can easily slide on and off. If you are visiting multiple homes, please hang onto your tour booties and reuse them.
What should I bring with me?
