 A phone call or text (whichever you prefer) before and after any inspections. Before, to set the inspection time and after to provide you with buyer feedback.

 To plan advertising and strategies to maintain buyer interest.

 Weekly activity reports from real estate portals, realestate.com.au and domain.com.au. We also provide our vendors access to our portal. At anytime you like, you can access a vendors report that we update whenever there is activity to report.

 To present all offers when they are submitted.

 To co-ordinate third party inspections (Building and pest inspections, valuers etc.)

 To keep you informed of each step of the contract process.

Availability. We try to be as easy to contact as possible for you and for buyers. We return any correspondence in an appropriate and timely manner.
