Ollie James Real Estate is a local, independent agency providing real estate services for the Greater Bendigo Region

“We’re a family owned business living and working here in Bendigo. My wife, Nicky, my son, Oliver and our pet dog Banjo, reside in Strathfieldsaye.

I started real estate as a sales person in 1998 and was trained in the Jenman System ‘Ethics in Real Estate’. Lots of cold calling, door knocking and extensive training in negotiation and sales techniques. Much of it I still use and have built upon to create what I consider to be a hybrid of best practice that ultimately benefits our clients.

Over the years I have worked at other agencies as a sales consultant, sales trainer, mentor and held the position of Sales Manager for over 10 years. Playing an integral role in their success. After many years in the industry working for others, I decided to start my own. I named it after my son with the hope he will want to get into the business and take over someday.
