We log all of our enquiries and the attendance at every one of our inspections in our CRM – Customer Relationship Management tool. That means, we keep a record of any buyer who makes contact with us about buying a property.

The CRM we use is designed to alert buyers of any properties that suit their preferences. This is done automatically, as soon as a matching property is listed. We also have the capability to find matching buyers manually.

All buyers are different, and the time they spend looking for property can vary. Sometimes it appears as though we have huge numbers of buyers interested in your property when in fact, only a portion of those buyers are still looking. Some may still be registered after they have already purchased. Buyers databases are the same with all agencies.

The best option, is to present your property to the market. More buyers, means a higher chance of competition for your property (Bidding war), leading to a much greater chance of us achieving a better sale price.
