A perverse take on a sustainability strategy for Cambridge. Since the inner city consists of a multitude of historic buildings, many of which are highly listed, the emphasis is on the occupants of the city to change, rather than the city itself. Common strategies such as retrofitting homes with insulation are not an option, instead, more drastic measures are needed.....
