Available fall 2017, this is the second in a handsome new line of small-format hardcover cookbooks, the Recipes for Olive Oil and Vinegar Lovers series. Each book features gorgeous food photography by DL Acken and fifty recipes showcasing the cuisine of a specific country. Each book will also focus on four specific high quality olive oil and vinegar products. The recipes of Greece can all be made with Lemon fused olive oil, Garlic infused olive oil, Black Cherry Dark balsamic vinegar, and Apricot white balsamic vinegar.
