Build Your Own Program Advanced Management Concentrations Washington University’s Olin Business School offers a series of highly interactive one- and two-day seminars for senior- and mid-level managers for organizations of all sizes. Participants who complete four of the five concentrations (16 total accumulated days) are awarded an Advanced Management Certificate, the highest level of achievement recognized within nondegree executive education. The goal of each seminar is to provide you with research-based knowledge and tools you can immediately apply to your job to see results. Our seminars are taught by Olin’s esteemed faculty and select outside experts.
CONCENTRATIONS AND COMPETENCIES Olin has identified Eight Key Competency Domains that are vital to effective leadership and management. All seminars are organized into Five Distinct Concentration Areas, which individual participants can earn by completing four seminar days within a given concentration.
