Cheyenne Frontier Days™ Old West Museum Proxy Purchase Policy and Application Western Spirit Juried Art Show and Sale Policy: In the event a buyer is unable to attend the opening reception on March 8, 2025, the buyer may purchase art on opening night via proxy purchase. Please see the guidelines below for the proxy purchase before you complete the application. Request for proxy purchase must be made by Friday, March 7 at 12:00pm.

Pay Proxy Fee (see application for pricing breakdown).

Museum staff will complete a purchase form prior to the start of the Opening Reception to secure the sale of the piece. o In the event another buyer is in line with a sale person prior to the proxy, the sale will go to the first in line. The artist will be approached by the Art Show Coordinator about a commissioned piece similar to that already sold and will notify the proxy buyer.

If a buyer wishes to cancel their proxy purchase, they must contact Museum staff by 12:00pm on Friday, March 7. No refunds will be issued if the buyer fails to contact the Museum staff by this deadline.
