MUSIC FANS AND FOODIES UNITE!
Hayden Homes Amphitheater Boasts An Amazing Array Of New Tasty Local Food Options

FROM BUFFALO SHRIMP WITH GRITS AND STREET DUMPLINGS, TO VEGAN ARGENTINIAN EMPANADAS AND ROCK RIDGE REUBENS, the Hayden Homes Amphitheater proudly features some of Central Oregon’s most innovative food cart concepts.

MASA EMPANADA V VG GF
Relentlessly and methodically, owner Emanuel Colombo has perfected the empanada with a very discerning palate and lots of love. Masa offers vegetarian and vegan empanadas—organic, handmade, and consistently delicious.

ZYDECO VG GF
The iconic downtown Bend restaurant reimagines and redesigns their delivery of our favorite Pacific Northwest meets Mardi Gras cuisine. Did someone say barbeque shrimp and jambalaya? Yes please.
JUNO SUSHI V VG GF
Roll out and roll on up to the Juno Sushi Garden truck this summer for a taste of Kyoto homestyle cooking and a dose of authentic Japanese sushi roll goodness.
BEN & JERRY’S ICE CREAM V VG GF
Iconic ice cream on a hot summer night? In! The perfect treat before the show starts and a nice little pick-me up before the first encore.

MIDCITY SMASHBURGER V VG GF
Prepared with 80/20 Oregon beef sourced from Painted Hills, the classic Smash Boi, and the burgers in general, are designed with the entire family in mind, an accessible meal that screams nostalgia on a fresh, fun bun.
WILD AND FREE CHARCUTERIE VG GF
Custom charcuterie boards, stunning snack tables and much more. Wild and Free believe “you eat with your eyes” and will surely elevate the way folks graze at concerts this season.
FRESCO AND FRYED VG GF
To this crew, food is an experience more than just sustenance. We recommend you experience the citrus brined shrimp escabeche or the elote accentuated by cheese skirt, lime crema, hot cheetah powder and cilantro.
ISLAND NOODLES V VG
Hawaiian-style yakisoba noodles with fresh veggies go down so good on concert days. We’re partial to the Island Noodles drenched in teriyaki sauce.
DUMP CITY DUMPLINGS V VG
One of our favorite late-night snack options. We love the classic Chinesestyle pork, but also can’t get pass up the four-cheese dumpling with parmesan, queso fresco, Tillamook chedder and provolone!
SOUND BITES V VG GF
Grab classic grab-and-go fair like corn dogs, fries, and pretzels from the amphitheater's own food cart.
FANNY PACK SNACK SHACK V VG GF

Maybe the most fun spot in the entire venue, get your snacking on with a rotating list of crushable treats.

THE HAYDEN HOMES AMPHITHEATER IS HAILED AS AN INDUSTRY LEADER IN SUSTAINABILITY FOR ITS TAKE NOTE INITIATIVE. Our local Green Team works diligently to reduce our environmental impact in various ways including the use of a water fill station for reusable water bottles, compostable cups and utensils, cashless points of payment, separate receptacles for recycling, compost and trash as well as multiple bike racks. Additional greening efforts this year include 150 new bike racks near the venue, courtesy of Visit Central Oregon and the Hayden Homes Amphitheater’s official sustainably partner, OnPoint Community Credit Union.
“As the world’s leader in live entertainment, we have a responsibility to preserve the live music experience for generations to come and an opportunity to use our platform to inspire global environmental action,” said Cassidy Cushing, the amphitheater’s Director of Sustainability. “Our staff pulls anything and everything out of the waste bins to be sorted and sent to the proper waste or recycle stream. In 2022 that amounted to 4,550 bags sorted and a landfill diversion rate of almost 80 percent.”
New in 2022 was the implementation of a Green Team certification course for those interested in learning more within the industry.
"Each of our staff members are already ambassadors of the HHA Green Team/Take Note Initiative and do a fantastic job of supporting our efforts,” Cushing said. “We want to make sure we recognize and support their efforts, too. This job is messy, informative, grueling yet rewarding, and even comedic at times. You really get to know someone when you are sorting waste with each other!”
The Hayden Homes Amphitheater launched the Take Note Initiative in 2016 and has built upon this industry-leading sustainably effort every concert season. In 2018, the amphitheater was one of only three U.S. venues to receive the Jack Johnson All At Once Sustainability Award.
