These colors were chosen because they represent the colors of fall, such as reds and oranges. The story is named “Autumn Beauty” because the colors that were chosen go really well together, they are very pretty, and this picture is beautiful. According to the Pantone Fashion Color Report, “Red tones invite confidence and warmth”, which is exactly what is needed during the fall. Pantone states, “A bold red

is warm, sensual and immediately pleasing to the eye. It gets the metaphorical blood of the palette pumping. It is exciting and dynamic; it breeds unmistakable confidence.”

These two exotic and elegant colors bounce off the rest of the palette very well. I chose the picture based off the fact that it shows these two colors well, and it’s a beautiful picture. This story is named “Flower Falls” because the target market in for fall 2016 and the picture is full of flowers. The Pantone Fashion Color Report says that Spicy Mustard “Adds another splash of uplifting vibrancy.”

It was “Unexpected and un-

usual” as well as zestier than previous seasons. This color would be perfect to wear in the upcoming fall season, along with Lush Meadow.

Lush Meadow is considered “rich and elegant, vibrant and sophisticated” by Pantone.

“This shade displays a brightness...and depth of color that elevates it from more natural greens.” This vibrant green will be a beautiful color worn by many in fall 2016. (http://www. pantone.com/ fashion-color-report-fall-2016). These colors will add an elegant look to Teen Fashion this fall.

Bodacious is a “bright, rich Purple, with hints of a more sophisticated

Pink.” It was another unexpected fall color. This shade of pink “turns fashion accents into fashion statements.” It was a great addition to the top 10 colors for fall 2016. Dusty Cedar is a “Dustier rose-toned Pink shade with some complexity.” It excludes warmth and welcome.

Aurora red is hinted at in this story but does not have a huge part in the color scheme. The exciting and bold color goes very well with the two other shades of pink that have been mentioned. These colors will look terrific this fall!

This bold and exciting color brings a lot of excitement to the top 10.

The picture for this story is full of pinks and purples, which is why I named this story “Purple Skies”.

The various shades of purples and pinks will be a great, and very bold look for fall 2016. Pantone says that bodacious is a “Bright, rich Purple, with hints of a more sophisticated Pink.” it is “Versatile; can be used with Pinks and Reds.” This color will bring so much attention to anyone wearing it. Bodacious “Lends itself to vibrant color combina-

tions” , therfore bodacious equals bold. Another color that is slightly hinted at in this photo is Riverside. According to Pantone, “Fall 2016 color palette...is led by the Blue family.” Riverside is “Cool and calming, strong and stable” and it “Borders on exciting, yet maintains a sense of constancy.”

These beautiful colors make for a great trend in fall 2016. “Blue skies represent constancy as they are always above us... while the hot Pinkish Purples ...suggest a touch of the exotic.” (http:// www.pantone. com/fashion-color-report-fall-2016). Teens will be as bold as ever before because Bodacious and Riverside are here.
