HOME AWAITS

Oklahoma Christian University’s residence life is more than just a place to sleep; it’s a vibrant community where you grow, learn and thrive. Our residence halls provide a comfortable and inviting place to live, form lifelong friendships, explore interests and develop character and faith. With a dedicated live-in staff and several housing options, you’ll find the perfect space to call home and a supportive environment to help you make the most of your college experience.
Freshman residence halls are specifically designed for first-year students, providing a supportive environment for their transition to college life. Each building has weekly devotionals, fun and engaging bimonthly events and year-round service projects to help freshmen adjust to academic demands, campus life and new social circles.
Sophomore residence halls offer a more independent living experience for sophomores, juniors and seniors. These halls typically allow for more privacy and flexibility in roommate selection and room arrangements.
For juniors and seniors, apartment-style housing offers a more private and independent living arrangement. These units typically have shared and separate bedrooms and shared bathrooms and living areas.
On-campus housing is encouraged to promote community and access to resources. However, students can live off campus if they are 23 years old, have completed 124 credit hours, live locally with parents, are part-time students or are married or have dependent children.

After months (or years!) of planning and anticipation, YOU MADE IT! You’re here.
Welcome to Oklahoma Christian University. We often say, “OC is Home.” It’s our hope that you’ll feel that sentiment is true from the moment you move in.
In ResLife, we believe that home is where your name and your story are known. It’s a place where you always have a seat at the table. Home is where you’ll retreat and relax, and also a place where you’ll be challenged to stretch and grow. You’ll make great friends, and you’ll learn how to navigate conflict.
So jump in with both feet! Come to Tuesday Connect Nights to meet your neighbors and worship together. Share a meal with your ResLife staff at weekly FAM dinners. Attend the dorm events we’ll host throughout the year. Get off campus and be a blessing to others through service projects.
This is what you’ve been waiting for. And we’ve been waiting for you! You’ll make this community better, and we’re so grateful you’re here. Welcome home!
