What is Corporate Training at Okanagan College?

Corporate Training is about bringing ongoing learning into your organization through customized contract training. Corporate Training takes the same course content you see here and turns it into a private offering ideal for a larger group based on your specific needs. It acts as a separate contract and an independent offering between your business and the College.

Our customized training includes:

• Industry-specific instructors

• Curriculum tailored to your needs

• Training at your location, our campuses or online

• Custom training dates

• Assistance with government grants

Grant Funding

Our training is also designed to fit the criteria of WorkBC’s B.C. Employer Training Grant. Successful grant applicants can be reimbursed for 80 per cent of their training costs. Visit workbc.ca for more details.
