• Do not bring in banners or signs that obstruct the view of guests, contain objectionable subject matter, or are commercial in nature.
• Do not attempt to enter areas that you are not authorized to enter.
• Do not use alcohol or drugs (laws permitting) irresponsibly.
• Dress appropriately (no clothing with slurs or that suggests or condones harassment, discrimination, or abuse).
• Do not damage, destroy, or vandalize property.
• No outside food or beverages.

Ohio Roller Derby and the WFTDA are committed to hosting events free of harassment, discrimination and abuse — where all people are treated with respect, dignity and fairness. As such, we expect all members working, participating in, or spectating at an OHRD event to follow these guidelines. Everyone is entitled to an environment without intimidation or threats, physical assaults or threats, unwanted sexual attention or contact, unwanted photo/video recording, bullying, or stalking.
Failure to follow the above may result in being removed from the event or being denied entry by OHRD staff or venue security.

For the protection of Ohio Roller Derby athletes, officials, volunteers, and fans, we have set the following COVID-19 safety measures for our 2023 games:
• Masking: at this time, masks are optional but encouraged per the CDC’s recommendation for Franklin County. In the event that the CDC upgrades Franklin County’s level to “high”, masks will be required. Additionally, there will be a masks-required seating area for spectators who prefer that option.
• Illness: if you have purchased a ticket and have COVID symptoms or test positive leading up to the game, please do not attend. Your ticket can be transferred to a future date or refunded by contacting tickets@ohiorollerderby. com prior to the game!
Ohio Roller Derby references COVID-19 guidelines from the CDC, Franklin County, and the Women’s Flat Track Roller Derby Association. OHRD reserves the right to change or add additional safety protocols at our discretion.
