Capacity Assessments
A mental capacity assessment becomes necessary when a person is required to make an important decision but, there are concerns that, due to an impairment in the way the person’s mind or brain works, they may be making a wrong decision or a choice they will not make if they did not have an impairment.
Case Management
The life-changing effects of an injury cannot be under-estimated, whether they occur during birth, or later in life during childhood or adulthood. For this reason, all our Case Managers have considerable experience in identifying needs, working in a way that suits each client to introduce the right approaches and help achieve the goals of our clients, their family and legal team.

what does a Case Manager do?

INA (Initial Need Assessment)
Who do we work with?
A Case Manager supports the client's needs, promoting wellbeing, quality of life and independence.
An INA looks at how the client, their family and carers have been impacted by the client’s injuries and their goals.

We work with children and adults who sustained injuries at birth or later due to clinical negligence or personal injury.
