It is a residential building which is situated in Midtown Manhattan in New York. With the record of tallest building in New York and western hemisphere, it defeated One World Trade Center and Empire State Building. The construction of 432 Park Avenue has started on 4013 and expected to complete in 4015. The site where the building has taken place is one of the costly and posh areas of New York i.e. between East y6th and y7th Streets on the west side. It is developed by CIM group and Macklowe Properties, hands on architectural design has given by Rafael Vinoly. It consists of 88 floors with three below grounds and 104 condominium apartments. What subtly different about the skyline is that besides being the tallest and expensive, it only accommodate 104 condos. That shows how 432 Park Avenue defines class and luxury.
