A ground-breaking exhibition featuring 15 international black photographers celebrating Black creativity both in-front of and behind the camera. Expect a fresh perspective that reanimates contemporary photography and examines the cross-pollination between art, fashion and culture in the making of images.

Wine Tasting Dinner with The Cadogan and Rathfinny Wine Estate

A one-of-a-kind wine tasting experience with Rathfinny Wine Estate. Learn, relax and sample the very best of English sparkling wine, whilst enjoying a three-course meal. Halloween Family Theatre ‘Hunt for the Lost Dragon Egg’

An Evening with Hugh Bonneville

Celebrating the publication of his memoir, Playing Under the Piano, this evening promises to be richly entertaining, featuring stories of his ‘big break’ as the Third Shepherd in the school nativity and even navigating Highclere Castle’s complex Labrador policies.

Objects of Desire: Surrealism and Design 1924-Today

Inspired by the traditional bàcaris of Venice, enjoy a menu of cicchetti (Venetian tapas) accompanied by tiny tumbles of Campari Spritz. For a more intimate setting, book a table indoors for cosy lighting and small tables, or share your tapas with groups of friends on the buzzy al fresco terrace overlooking the piazza at Duke of York Square (a great people watching spot too!).

A friendly spot loved by locals with a simple Tuscan menu that’s been the same, we presume, since its opening in 1976. So much so, its founder, Alvaro Maccioni, deemed ‘the godfather of Italian chefs’, has even been quoted: ‘To change a dish from any menu is to change a child in the family.’. The blue and white tiled trattoria has walls lined with black and white photography of rock and roll aristocracy, the service and atmosphere ooze vibrancy and a terrace at the back with electric roof makes an exceptional sun trap on the sunnier days.

Offering an elegant and simple Italian menu with a focus on seasonality, Manicomio provides a beautiful environment for lunch and dinner seven days a week. The heated al fresco terrace makes for some of the city’s finest people watching, particularly whilst indulging in their homemade pasta or perusing their extensive wine list which, should you wish, their friendly staff will more than happily advise on the best pairing for your palette.
