ECM are working in partnership with a wide range of excellent associates who are also able to offer high-quality knowledge, skills and expertise to meet the specific needs of all members of school communities. Our courses allow attendees to get a job done, reducing their list of tasks and securing impact and outcomes through our ‘Get a Job Done’ approach In addition, our unique resources and materials support leaders to work more efficiently and effectively – all of these can be customised so that leaders are able to tailor them easily to the requirements of their setting

We are pleased to share our new plans for this new academic year. Our offer of support is based, as always, on the feedback gathered from our colleagues throughout the year, and we have amended our provision to reflect this It is also directly tailored to the NEW Inspection Framework – we ’ ve done all the background work, so you don’t have to.

We have new courses and new training materials that continue to reflect the continuously changing and developing educational landscape, supporting leaders to drive improvement in their schools, as well as being prepared for an inspection.
