OUR COMMUNITY

welcome home!

As Mayor of the City of O’Fallon, Missouri, it is an honor to serve the residents and businesses of this wonderful community. With more than 87,500 residents, 1,800 businesses and more than 500 acres of park land, O’Fallon has grown into one of the best cities in the Midwest to live, work and play. O’Fallon ranks as one of the safest cities in the country thanks to the brave men and women of the O’Fallon Police Department and our dedicated residents who support our City by shopping and dining at our local businesses. O’Fallon also is one of the most accessible cities in the State of Missouri with I-70, I-64 and Mo-364 providing easy access to the St. Louis Metro Area and much of Eastern and Central Missouri. O’Fallon sits only minutes from Lambert International Airport and Downtown St. Louis, offering convenient access to everything our region has to offer.

Our thriving business community is our City’s top asset, and O’Fallon ranks as one of our country’s best places to find a job (nerdwallet.com). The O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce and Industries is a major reason why. The Chamber serves as a staunch advocate for our businesses, both large and small. And together with our Chamber, we are dedicated to maintaining our City as a destination for all businesses and as a thriving center of commerce. To assist our Chamber and our businesses, our City’s Economic Development Department is dedicated to finding just the right site for relocation or expansion, make it easier to establish a business with the City’s “Open in the O” program and even help with unique and low-cost marketing ideas. Additional support for City retailers comes from the City’s “Keep It in the ‘O’” campaign, which encourages residents to shop and dine at local businesses. With our City’s strong economy, one of the Midwest’s most educated workforces (U.S. Census Bureau), the vital role that our Chamber of Commerce plays in fostering businesses, a comparatively low cost of living and many other positive factors, our City holds the promise of more great things to come. On behalf of the O’Fallon City Council and our City’s residents, I invite you to explore the many opportunities that O’Fallon has to offer. Bill Hennessy Mayor City of O’Fallon
