A single button can have up to three different functions, or alternatively two functions and LED indication. You also save time because fewer holes need to be made. All BACO multi-function buttons are spring-return, available as flush or protruding buttons. BACO has extensive expertise in manu-facturing customer-specific

symbols and texts, which means that buttons with special symbols are also available in small quantities. In addition to a chromecolored frame, a black frame is also available. The enclosure class of the multi-function buttons is IP66, with IP67 silicone protection.

Cost-effective circuit board protective coating for demanding conditions

Henkel has launched a new solvent-free circuit board protective lacquer developed to meet the stringent requirements of harsh conditions and increasing safety standards. CC8555 cures quickly under UV light, and areas left in the "shadow" cure afterwards at room temperature under the influence of moisture.

CC 8555 is a urethane acrylate-based coating with low viscosity, making it ideal for automated use. CC8555 protective lacquer does not contain volatile solvents, which means that it forms a thicker layer than conventional solvent-based coatings. The thinner protective layer also makes the end product more cost-effective, as the properties of CC8555 allow 30-50% less material to be used to achieve the same final coating thickness.

The Lütze LOCC-Box is an intelligent electronic overcurrent protection device that provides reliable protection for 12/24 V DC systems in a narrow housing measuring just 8.1 mm. Integrated + and - terminals save space on the DIN rail.

Push-in terminals ensure fast and reliable installation.

Unlike circuit breakers, which operate mechanically and can have high tolerances before tripping, Lützen electronic overcurrent protectors contain no mechanical parts and use a microprocessor to measure current accurately.

This enables the electronic overcurrent protection devices to react immediately in the event of an overload or short circuit. In addition, Lützen electronic overcurrent protection devices also function reliably at the end of long cable runs.

The LOCC-Box-Mini has five selectable analog trip curves, ranging from fast to very slow.

Our processing department handles approximately 4,100 orders annually, which means approximately 7,800 units are assembled each year.

STEP-BY-STEP ASSEMBLY OF SAFETY EDGES:

STEP 1

We measure and cut the safety edge to the desired length. Then we make markings on both ends approximately 1 cm from the edge.

STEP 4

A hole is made in the other end cap through which the connection cable can be fed out.

STEP 7

The safety edge is tested with the Gelbau control unit to ensure that it functions correctly.

STEP 2

The ends are roughened with sandpaper so that the end plugs can be easily attached and glued tightly in place later.

STEP 5

The connection cable is fed through the end plug.

STEP 8

Both ends of the safety edge are sealed completely by gluing them with Gelbau adhesive. At the same time, the hole made in step 4 is also sealed.

A resistor is placed at the other end.

The Loop Heater series heaters are resistant to impact and vibration. The innovative aluminum profile means that the heaters are assembled in a new and efficient way. All contact-protected loop heaters have been successfully tested for shock and vibration resistance in accordance with DIN EN 60068-2-27: 2010-02 and DIN EN 60068-2-64: 2009-04 in relation to DIN EN IEC standard 61373: 2011-04, category 1 B. This makes them suitable for environments with high vibration levels, such as mobile and even railway applications.

COMPACT ELECTRONIC OVERCURRENT PROTECTION

PISA-M is a 4-channel electronic fuse for 12 and 24 V DC systems. The smallest 4-channel electronic fuse with a width of only 22.5 mm. Despite its small size, PISA-M is packed with useful features. Push-in connectors enable quick and easy installation, and multi-colored LEDs show the status of each channel in real time. Each channel is equipped with buttons for switching the outputs on and off and for setting the current values and the trip curve. In addition to the adjustable version, versions with fixed current values are also available.

PISA-M 4-channel electronic fuses are the perfect solution for 90–480 W applications. The fuses protect components and wiring from overcurrent and short circuits and prevent costly system failures and downtime. PISA-B BIG BROTHER PROVIDES THE SOLUTION

For higher power requirements, the 8-channel PISA-B offers a solution. Channels 1 and 2 are ideal for high capacitive loads up to 100 mF, with a maximum current of 12 A on these channels. Normal loads up to 20 mF can be connected to channels 3-8, with a maximum current of 10 A on these outputs. Slow or fast tripping can be selected for all channels.

The PISA-B allows for easy and quick expansion of the system. Up to 8 units can be connected in parallel using busbars. This means a total of 64 channels! The LED matrix on the front of the device can be used to analyze and reset individual channels. The LED matrix helps you understand and evaluate loads, detect peak currents, and change settings.

TFT-DISPLAYS For indoor and outdoor solutions

Constantly evolving applications place ever greater demands on user interfaces. A display for presenting information on the device itself is usually the most natural choice. Taking into account today's technology and price trends, we recommend the use of color displays (TFT-IPS) for both indoor and outdoor solutions.

The Push-In connection is ideal for applications requiring fast and flexible connections, such as wind turbines and various types of machinery. It offers significant cost and time savings compared to traditional methods, as installation time is reduced and no special tools are required for installation. The range currently includes modules from the Han-Modular® series and Han® 3A and 4A contact inserts, but will be expanded to include other contact inserts at a later date.

New connectors products from Harting: PUSH-IN ICC

The new ICC connector type is HARTING's interpretation of the MIL connector. The ICC connector consists of housings, a contact assembly, and contact pins. The main difference between the ICC connector and a standard MIL connector is the housing and contact assembly, which can be customized as needed.

HARTING has introduced a new Push-In connection technology that can reduce assembly times by up to 30% and improve installation flexibility. This tool-free technology simplifies the assembly process while ensuring consistent quality and durability.

WIKA's pressure sensor range offers ready-made standard solutions for hygienic requirements. THERMOWELLS

Molex mPm valve connectors

with WSOR cable

Molex mPm valve plug cables are now also available with WSOR cables. The WSOR cable is a flexible control cable manufactured by Molex, designed to withstand demanding operating conditions. The WSOR cable is an excellent choice when the cable is required to have high oil and wear resistance and reliable operation over a wide temperature range.

A DURABLE SOLUTION FOR DEMANDING INDUSTRIAL CONDITIONS

The name WSOR stands for Weld Slag Oil Resistant. Molex's subsidiary in Italy began manufacturing WSOR cables around 10 years ago to meet the requirements of the automotive industry. These cables are used in assembly and welding robots, conveyors, and machine tools, where cables must be resistant to oil, chemicals, abrasion, and bending. The range of valve connectors has now been expanded, and DIN and Junior Timer connector cables are also available with WSOR cables.

Small but very EFFICIENT GEAR MOTORS

Transtecno has developed the MiniTecno product range to better meet the needs of customers using small gearmotors in a wide range of industries, up to 90 Nm. The lightweight aluminum gearboxes are compatible with all motor types. A wide range of AC, brushed, and brushless DC motors is available.

Italian company TRANSTECNO continues to build on its strong expertise in electric motors and gearboxes with the introduction of the MiniTecno product family. The MiniTecno product range includes AC motors, traditional brushed DC motors, and the new brushless BLDC motors.

The gear motors in the MiniTecno product range are suitable for many different industries and demanding conditions, as they are designed to withstand dirt, dust, and moisture.

The AC motors are based on the SM series introduced a few years ago and are available in 1- and 3-phase versions. The SM series motors can also be equipped with a brake.

Traditional brushed DC motors are now also available with an IP66-protected frame. And there are up to eight different gear options made of lightweight aluminum. EC class motors (35-800 W) can be equipped with a brake if needed. The simple and traditional 12-24 VDC solution is suitable for various industries.

The new brushless DC motors are suitable for newer needs and technology. The motors are Hall sensor-ready and have Hall outputs. Available in operating voltage classes 24-48 VDC and can be equipped with a variety of gearboxes and, if necessary, a brake. The power rating extends up to 660 W.

All motors are available with planetary gearboxes, traditional rightangle gearboxes, and bevel and bevel-right-angle gearboxes with high transmission ratios.
