Good governance and a well-functioning public admin istration are essential in building and sustaining trust in government and in creating the necessary structural reforms for increased living standards in society. SIGMA works towards building the capacities of the public sector, enhancing horizontal governance and improving the design and implementation of public administration reforms, including proper prioritisation, sequencing and budgeting.
