Without the active engagement of its employees, no organisation can be successful in terms of sustainability. To involve its workers in the sustainability journey, the firm must develop a strategy and procedure. Companies must also include sustainability management criteria in employee evaluations so that ethical, social, and environmental principles are ingrained in their operations.
Fundamental of Sustainability The mother of all resources is the Earth. All prosperity is entrusted to Earth. The earth's nature is prosperous.
